They provided personalized service. When he was installing, they sent the inspector to make sure it was up to code. They gave a thank you note. They sent a supervisor to check on the job afterwards to ask if everything was ok with the service.

Description of Work: I was insulted. The service person said "I won't touch this furnace for liability reasons(?)" He called my house "a Bungalow" I said you can let yourself out. A few days later a different company had my furnace on in about 40 minutes.

It went well. There were a few hiccups after installation. There was some sort of problem with the water valves causing water to spurt out and onto the floor. There were a few other minor adjustments necessary. The company sent people out right away and corrected the problem.

They are one of the companies I'm actually considering using using, and my daughter has done a lot of work with this company. I did not use them because my furnace was continuing to work, and I did not have a need to install it yet.

Gary was the first person that I talked to. He was knowledgeable about the furnace and the problem I was experiencing he stated that they would send a technician as soon as one became available. He quoted a price over the phone for the parts that would be needed. Debra called and gave me an estimated time of arrival. Chris arrived and got right to work. He went thru the diagnostics and determined that the gas valve was bad. He replaced the valve and I have heat again. What I liked best was that they did not try to sell me any additional parts or services.

I am happy with what they did so far. We had received quotes from different companies, but we didn't compare the prices much. The quality of their work was good and they were very professional. I didn't have any problems with their punctuality too.

My situation is worse than it was before. I have paid hundreds of dollars and nothing is fixed.
Description of Work: It was my third visit from Supreme, this time for $105, they removed a radiator, then put it on the truck and told me that they may need to cut a hole in the ceiling below to access a pipe joint. Maybe not, but can't be sure until we get started. I told the repairman to put the radiator back and leave immediately. He was the fourth employee to come to my house and the first time that removing part of the ceiling was mentioned. I still had to pay $105 for the 15 minutes he was in my house (in addition to paying for previous visits where people had been over to assess the size of my radiators and provide estimates to clean and repair stuff). He put the radiator back, but it is not screwed back in properly, so it is currently leaking all over the floor. I haven't called them to come and reinstall it properly, I would rather give the money to my plumber, or try and fix it myself.

I needed to be there as the building owner. They were going to be their at 9am but didn't show up until 10:30, then needed to go to their shop for the limit switch. It was a cold snowy day so the 20 minute trip turned into 40 minutes. I was there all morning babysitting the process so that I could pay them at the end.
Description of Work: Tried to repair small wall furnace. Charged $75 to look at it, then $125 for to replace a bad limit switch, but didn't really make the furnace work better than it was before. It was an old furnace, probably rated at 30,000 BTUs but probably delivering about 1,000 BTU. After this waste of money, decided to purchase a new vent less gas heater for $200 and install myself to replace this old unit.
