Streamline Electric

This is the third time that I have used Streamline Electric and I am very happy with their work. This time we had a Washer and dryer installation in a closet. As always Chad was on time and great to work with. I appreciate the woman who does the scheduling also she really works with us and that helps when you have tenants. Great job all around.

Streamline, was prompt to set up an appointment. Initially perhaps 3 weeks out; they then called & we were available to take a cancellation appointment. There electrician, Chad, was very good. Offered an idea for a different switch than the one I purchased and it is much better than the item I located. He was terrific, personable, & efficient. Now it has taken us a week to get the programmable switch mastered...but all is good. Throughout Streamline kept us updated by phone regarding arrival times. Certainly recommend them.

He worked quickly efficiently and I was very pleased. I am using him again in the future.

Electrician showed up at the end of the estimated window. He completed the work in the allotted time. He was very tidy and friendly. He walked me through all the installations before he left. The next day, one of the exterior lights was tripping the breaker whenever it was turned on. The company sent the same electrician the next available business day and he fixed it with no additional charge. Everything has worked well since then. The office personnel were very accommodating with my schedule and responsive to my concerns. Would recommend them.

The overall experience was outstanding. Both the office and the electrician were extremely professional. When the old light was removed, the electrician discovered that the wires to the old light just came out of the wall and were not routed through a junction box, although the mirror had been cut to accept a junction box. He installed a junction box in the wall and the mirror cracked. How they react when this go wrong is how honest and reputable companies distinguish themselves. Streamline Electric came through with A+ plus behavior. Immediately, the electrician apologized, explained what had happened, called his office to report the incident and then cleaned up. The office contacted me that same day, took full responsibility and then arranged for a mirror company to measure for the new mirror. At every stage of the process, Streamline's office was completely on top of things, following up to keep me informed and later coordinating the schedules for the mirror installation team and the electrician. The job was completed perfectly and totally without incident. Not only will I use Streamline Electric again, but other members of my family were so impressed with this company and its service that they will use them as well.

Everything went well except that when the electrician installed a junction box (strangely, there wasn't one before), a large crack developed in the mirror. He stopped work immediately, called the issue to my attention and reported the problem to his boss. Streamline Electric called me promptly with assurances that they would have the mirror replaced. They were true to their word and, in fact, followed up with me several times to assure that the replacement was scheduled by the mirror company and then made sure that the electrician was present when the new mirror was installed so that he could finish the electrical work. Streamline gets the highest rating from me for outstanding customer service! Their professionalism and the quality of their electrical work was equally impressive as their customer service. I would use them again without hesitation and recommend them highly.

They install a fan in the Fall and it is supposed to work when the attic reachs 90 degrees. The following Spring the fan did not work and they refused to come out and replace it. I spent over $500 and received nothing

It turned out ok in the end. The problem with the ceiling fan last August was I had to replace one they put up so they had to come out and do that. They had done some other work for me prior to that, some electrical outlets. All in all they did ok, they did good. I think the price was fair. I was able to use a senior discount, that was the only value in dealing with them. I thought it was high, but probably about the right cost.

We paid for 2 hours of electrical work with Streamline Electric via Angie's List (and it was an excellent price/deal). When I made the appointment, I was told that replacing my outdoor lights may take up all of the 2 hours, but that they would do their best to fit in the troubleshooting and repair of the 2 indoor lights. The woman I spoke with was very friendly and helpful - she even suggested that we remove the new outdoor lights from their boxes to help speed up the replacement time so that the electrician would have time for the indoor lights. The electrician did an excellent job and was able to replace all 8 of the outdoor lights and also troubleshoot AND repair the 2 indoor lights! We were so pleased and happy! One of the indoor lights was a chandelier hanging from a tall ceiling and it was a challenge to fix, but our electrician did it! We are EXTREMELY pleased with the work that Streamline Electric did for us and would call them again without a doubt!

The whole experience went smoothly. The serviceman was right on-time and fixed our fan in just about an hour. What was really helpful was that the office manager asked us to provide pictures and details of what we needed which helped them obtain the right parts before coming over. This was helpful in making sure they didn't have to schedule another appointment. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and understanding to our needs. I would definitely recommend for any work in the future.

Very quick... Did arrive outside the arrival window but was very efficient and stayed with in my allotted time. Service tech was very professional. The appointment setters were very friendly as well. I will use again and would recommend.

The service technician that came out was outstanding. He was conscientious and focused on completing his work as expeditiously as possible. If I were to need more electrical services I would absolutely have them back.

Everything from the quoting to the clean up went perfectly. Very pleased with the prompt, thorough, service. Will call again for sure.

The Electrician was very good, didn't install the replacement fan as he indicated that the ceiling in my guest bath would need to come down (a portion of it anyway) and he didn't think the new fan would make a difference in the noise. Said that bathrooms on the 1st level/main level of multi story homes are often noisy due to poor installation and some other issues. He did fix a plug - and review the electrical panel.

Arrived on time, completed all tasks quickly and professionally.

The two-man crew was very professional and respectful of our home. Installations went smoothly. Pleasant and very easy to work with.

I purchased a Big Deal and they came out. I informed them to let me know when the 2 hours are up so I can decide if I want them to continue. They came 2 hours early but the time frame they came I informed them it was possible that I might not be home. They charged me extra since there were two workers. One of the workers was outside smoking and on the phone. That was unprofessional because they were supposed to be working. The bottom line they did well but they left a mess downstairs and there is sawdust and electrical wires exposed all over the floor. He stated that most people do not expect him to clean since he will charge extra. I expected to clean some but not everything.

Everything went really well. Two contractors were there, so one worked on the ceiling fan while the other worked on the exterior projects. We knew that there would be issues with the current electrical and they knew exactly what it was and took care of it. I was very happy with the work and am confident that our issues are taken care of!

Chad was efficient and gave excellent recommendations. He went to the store to purchase the needed fixtures.

I was scheduled for Wednesday at 10 and they did not show up or call so I called them at 11 and they told me they were running late and would not be there until 12:00 so I had to reschedule for Thursday. They showed up on time Thursday and were professional and did a very good job. Must have been a scheduling error.

Outstanding. I had purchased an Angie's Deal for two hours of electrical service offered by Streamline and all of the work was done within that time period. In addition, I learned that a GFCI that I had purchased several years ago was not up to code and the replacements provided were actually far superior. Chad the electrician was exceptional in the quality of his workmanship, since I observed all of his work while it was being performed. He was very patient in answering the questions I had that I asked for my own education about the installations. I won't hesitate to have Streamline return at a later date for additional electrical work I plan to have done and will request Chad to do it if he is available.

It went well. They didn't charge more than the deal I paid. He was on time.
