Description of Work: Replaced switches and rewired

Description of Work: Streamline upgraded my electrical panel to a 200 amp service with a surge protector and updated some of the wiring to the panel. Overall I was very pleased with the workers that did the work. They were friendly, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They also didn't mind that my 4 year old wanted to watch what they were doing. There was one minor finding that the electrical inspector identified, but Streamline came out and fixed it with no additional charge. They weren't the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Overall they did a good job and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Description of Work: Chad moved a light switch from one side of a wall to the reverse side. He was fast and took time to explain additional electrical problems he noticed in my home.

Description of Work: I contacted Streamline to add 2 new outlets for my freezer and washer/dryer in my basement. Very easy to work with by phone. I was thrilled that Tony would honor my Big Deal even though it had expired. That's great customer service! Chad was very punctual--even a little early and cleaned up well. We discussed light fixtures I wanted installed which requires running new grounded lines from the box and he gave me good advice. I'm looking forward to getting the additional work done this week.

Description of Work: Very pleased with the services. Technician was on time, polite and very cooperative. We had a slight complication and the technician notified the owner immediately, the owner came out personally within 2 hours to inspect the situation and fix the issue. I was very, very pleased with the level of customer service we received.

Description of Work: I had 4 light fixtures replaced, 1 was relocated to a new location in my home. I would highly recommend his company. Every step of the process exceeded my expectations. The initial contact with the owner was very professional and friendly. I had to change my initial appointment because one of light fixtures was backordered. When I called to reschedule many months later they remembered me and the process was seamless. I received a call the day prior to confirm my appointment and received a courtesy call the day of the appointment prior to arrival. The electrician arrived with a smile, was courteous and thoughtful. He checked with me throughout the installment regarding my satisfaction with the height of fixtures, etc. It was so refreshing to feel like my satisfaction truly mattered.
