Description of Work: While trying to refinance they strung us along, lied about paperwork that was done and when we showed up to sign papers, they were " lost / misplaced". This was a horrible experience and I would NEVER use them again , nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: We were told everything was set for a Saturday close. We then found out that the money was not distributed to the title company Friday evening and there was no way to distribute it on a Saturday. Representatives at Quicken told us that it was routine that they would withhold the money for Saturday closes in till Monday. This nearly made our loan the fall through as understandably the sellers were not willing to handover the keys to the house without getting their money on the day of the closing. Somehow everyone including the seller and buyer agents and the title company thought this this was an odd practice. When we complained we got a fairly hostile response. I would strongly recommend against ever doing business with this company.
