I previously provided an excellent review. However, less than 2 months later, the tub leak returned and the plumbers did not.

I called Mr. Norman rather late in the day after it was discovered that my dishwasher problem was in fact a plumbing problem. He assured me that his employee Mr. Nixon would be out the next day to assess the situation. Mr. Nixon and his assistant arrived on time and took their time in examining the problem area to be sure it was diagnosed correctly. He explained options as far as material choices and pros and cons of each. He gave me a detailed estimate and I was satisfied that the final selection was cost effective and durable. They did all the work neatly and in a timely manner. The area was cleaned up and the cost was exactly what was quoted. I appreciated his pricing method and the work product. I would call his company again.

Mr. Norman answered my call for help immediately. He was courteous, answered all questions and explained why the test was important.

I was very pleased with the quick response. He explained the problem to me, & I thought he was very reasonable. He cleaned up the area when he was finished. I highly recommend using him.

Norman, the plumber, was very nice, he came when he stated he would come (not always easy thing to do for a plumber)I was very happy about his 90 day guarantee on his work

He was really good and did a good job. I called at least 10 different people who came out, and he was the only one that said he could do the job.

He's been a plumber for me for the last eight years. He's a good guy, very professional. The pricing is also good.
