Kirk was available short notice and on time. However, he didn?t verify my dryer was working before he left?I had to leave for work. I had to fix it when I got him. I also had to help him lift the dryer even though he said he?d be able to, and wound up hurting my shoulder.

A nice enough fellow who showed up on time but was clearly out of his element when it came to replacing my oven. Now, if I had already purchased an oven and related equipment, I suspect he would have proven more useful. My issue was that I needed help finding the right replacement stove and on that front, he proved even less capable than I was able to do on my own. I ended up giving him $20 for his time and know that the issue is certainly harder than pros may expect at the start.

Kirk did a fast quick amazing job installing my dryer, he used his own parts to make sure the job was completed! He went above and beyond! He came within an hr of me sending a request for service! Very polite and fast! Highly recommended!

Captain Kirk was great and easy to work with. He was Awesome. I had one minor issue with my dryer that he corrected right away. He also assisted with my washing machine. I?ll use him again for sure. Great work Kirk!!

He showed up at my house very unprofessional looking and the job was done poorly. He was to install a brand new dryer and after he left it barely dries. When I tried to contact him about the issue he stopped replying. He also left all of the used trash spread out in my laundry sink. Would not recommend him to anyone.
