 + -1 moreI hired Gemco Alarms in 2004, to install a chip into my alarm system. I paid for the chip and also for monitoring service. I sold my Condo in 2005, I notified Gemco Alarm that I had sold the condo and I would be moving. The monitoring fee was paid in advance for the year. The owner of Gemco Alarm asked me if he could remove the chip from the alarm system. I told him that he would have to contact the new owner, because the alarm and everything in it belonged to the new owner. There was nothing in writing from Gemco Alarms Co stating that the chip belong to Gemco Alarm Company. The owner took me to court because I didn'nt give him the chip back. I didn't bother going to court because I could not believe this company was serious. I don't recommend doing business with this company. Very dishonest!
Description of Work: I had Gemco Alarm install a chip in my alarm system. Also I paid for Monitoring services.

 + -1 moreTHE PEOPLE WHO INSTALLED MY ALARM SYSTEM DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY KIND OF PROBLEMS WITH THE ALARM SINCE. I AM ALSO VERY PLEASED WITH THE MONTHLY SERVICE I GET FROM THEM.
Description of Work: I HAD A NEW ALARM PUT IN MY HOME.

 + -1 moreTHEY ARE AN EXCELLENT SERVICE TO HAVE. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND WHEN THE ALARM IS SET OFF. THEIR PRICE IS VERY CHEAP.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED THE ALARM SYSTEM IN MY HOUSE AND MONITOR IT.
