After weeks of them screwing up the estimates (in fairness I did change the project scope once) they determine they're not interested in the project. Apparently me correcting multiple errors on their part made me too difficult to work with. Don't waste time with these people

Had a custom handrail made. Everyone we dealt with were extremely friendly and responded quickly and professionally. Issues were resolved without hesitation. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Very unprofessional from Diseños. I called to get an estimate to replace my balcony railing. I spoke with Ana. She asked me to send her an email with pictures and detailed measurements, which I did. I got a response from her confirming that she had received my email. I waited few days before emailing her again to see if she has an estimate for me or if she needs anything else. I did not hear back. I tried again few days later, but with no luck. I tried one last time about a week after, with the same result. If you have no interest in doing this job, then at least have the courtesy to say so; there is nothing wrong with saying “sorry, but I’m not interested in your job”.

Very good they were very kind

Ana showed me some designs to pick from, I gave her my dimensions and her staff made the pieces. They came out better than I imagined and the color was great. The communication was a little touch and go. I did my own installation. Ana and her staff were very helpful and professional.

Excellent job. Very responsive. Nieves is focused on quality and it shows. Her finished product exceeds expectations and that's what you're looking for when you are doing something like this. Will definitely use again and you should too.

It went very well! I was impressed by their knowledge, how carefully they made necessary measurements, built what was needed, and installed the railing with great care. There was little disruption to existing landscaping and landscape lights. Their clean up after the job was exceptional thereby giving the appearance that the railing had been there for months, not hours.

The estimate, actual order confirmation, installation, and building was very satisfactory.

I tried to get an estimate on a fence for my yard. I was instructed to measure my yard and take a photo of the fence I wanted and email it to them. They would call me with an estimate. I chose to go with someone who was willing to work. I guess they must not need the buisness. I was really surprised and turned off but to be fair their work that I have seen has been beautiful. I spent my money somewhere else and they did a fabulous job! Scott Iron Works. Just want everone to know they have options.

The installation was excellent. They weren't cheap, but they were worth it. The materials they used weren't cheap and they were very professional.

We had an excellent experience. We have not had any problems. We have used them for other projects.
