It went great, they called 30 minutes before, during the 2 hour window they said they would. They walked the premises and pointed out all the trash, gave me a quote on site. They hauled everything out, taking good care of the house and trim. They swept the premises when they were done. I was pleased

I had an old bedroom set, a super-heavy, old, and raggedy pool table, a dead treadmill and few other items that I desperately needed out of my house. Detroit Junk Busters sent two very polite young men to get it all out for me. Took them about an hour total to get everything out, even with the unwieldy treadmill and half-ton pool table. Very pleased with the responsiveness as well as punctuality. They were early, which is a plus. Nobody likes waiting around all day for a service they're paying for. I feel the price was extremely fair considering the amount of stuff I was having removed and the fact that a number of them were very heavy. Overall, great service, great people, and I would definitely call them again.

Exceptional!! They came on time and with just a small amount of our help they moved some extremely heavy items from lower basement area. Since we are a church they did not charge us and even said that they would be interested in helping out serving meals (to homeless clients) some time in the summer. God Bless them!

Scott was great at scheduling a time to pick up a pile of accumulated scrap wood and random junk items that I wouldn’t be able to just throw to the curb. The appointment was scheduled very soon after getting an Angie’s list deal for Detroit Junk Busters. I was between using this service and a getting a bagster and with the price being so similar it was great to have a company handle it all vs. moving junk into the bagster on my own. Highly recommend this company!

Wonderful! Response time for an appt was quick. Actually, this was my 3rd time hiring Scott & his crew to clean out home. I trust Scott. Felt safe. Dad passed away and was a shopping hoarder. Now, the garage & home are both clean and livable. They're Professional, pleasant, very quick doing the job and thorough. Just great! Scott and Wes are very helpful, honest and hard-working. They were extremely careful not to bang up the walls and door frames! They called to say they were on the way and got here exactly when expected; worked constantly and were very efficient.

Scott Stauffer gave us a two hour window for the two man team when the appointment was made. The the day of the haul Scott called and asked if they could come ten minutes early. Once at our house they eyed the stuff, moved it EXPERTLY down the stairway with careful timing and sure-footedness then out the door! They made it look easy but with amateurs it could have been disastrous. These guys are in shape and they’ve been trained in how to handle heavy items going down stairs in a 80+ year old house. They were friendly and thoroughly professional. I will definitely call Junk Busters again and again!

This is a difficult review to write because I am 100% satisfied with their work. They were punctual and able to adapt to my schedule. They were efficient, quick, polite, respectful and professional. I am satisfied with their work and would hire them directly next time I need this type of service. I actually love this company and hope to do business with them again. I am happy to refer them to friends and family because of their professionalism. I am not happy with the fee and hope the misunderstanding will be corrected as soon as possible. We had a disagreement about the Angie's List coupon I bought ahead of time. Therefore, even though I paid for the service through Angie's List, they charged me the regular fee (which was lower than the coupon's value). This means that if I had hired them directly, I would still have paid $125.00. The cost of the coupon I paid for was $88.00 for $145.00 worth of hauling. I paid their $125.00 flat rate rather than have them unload the truck and because he explained that this is the way he has always fulfilled this type of coupon agreement with Angie's List. He said the cost of the coupon went to Angie's List but we also had to pay him the full price. He said I should call Angie's List for verification but never looked at the coupon. I disagree with his policy and hope to get my $88.00 back from someone and/or an explanation about the confusion. I have used these coupons before in the state I used to live in (MA) and they were always honored as written. This whole disagreement was done politely and respectfully. There was neither yelling nor an argument which adds to my respect for him as a businessman. If I misunderstand the experience and am incorrect, I apologize because I am extremely satisfied with this company.

Called them after 4:00 pm on Tuesday and they were there at 9:00 am on Wednesday. Punctual, friendly, swept up the driveway after the cabinets were loaded. Only charge for what you have (ex. brought a 10 yard container but only charged for the 5 yards that I had.) At first this seemed like a high price until I did some research and found out that having a dumpster on site could cost $100 per day. Remember, they have to pay a dump fee for everything they haul away.

Detroit Junk Busters was great. They fit is in super last minute, less then 24 hours notice, for an early morning pickup and even helped schedule around my son's daycare pick up time. We have upcoming construction projects and will need a dumpster. I will absolutely hire Detroit Junk Busters for the job.

Scott and his team were amazing. They were timely, quick and very careful with the items, as well as my home. I appreciate that they took their time and did not rush to remove the furniture.

Professional, reliable, respectful & reasonable- Detroit Junk Busters did a big job for our family. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate Scott & his crew a 15!!! The home that they cleared of EVERYTHING had been occupied for 49 years & took 3 trucks! The team was well organized & divided items by trash load, recycle load & donation load...very impressive & fast. The team works well together & I will recommend to family, friends & acquaintances. ...can't say enough about how pleased I am with how they worked to satisfy me. They were very understanding & respectful of the items being removed as this job was the result of my parents' passing...emotional for me & they made it better. I appreciated them so much that I gave a $100 tip though they deserved much, much more.

I would definitely use Junk Removal again. Cleaning out and getting rid of stuff is never fun, but their services made the job much easier. They were super professional and very affordable!

It went very well. They arrived at the exact we scheduled. They did a very thorough job and was very professional. I just referred them to a relative.

I called on Thursday and Scott and his team came out the next morning within the 45 minute time frame given, with a call 20 minutes out. Our junk was in the garage and down the steps to our basement and they filled a 10 yard dumpster in about 30 minutes, charging 300. This was our second job done by them and I will not consider calling anyone else. Honest, clean, professional, punctual. CAn't ask for anything more.
