Description of Work: swept chimney, inspected, installed new ash trap or whatever it is called. Did fabulous job and even made time to visit the next door neighbor when she asked. Only problem was that the adhesive they used for the grate ended up in a blob on my carpet however my Spotbot got it right off. I am assuming it was because I caught it so fast, had it dried I probably would have been upset.

Description of Work: These guys are incredible! They cleaned all of our gutters (we have a big place) video taped before and after, cleaned up the mess and were polite and punctual. They missed the first appointment due to bad weather, but it wasn't a big deal since I did not have to be home for the service. Their price was competitive. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Took advantage of a special deal, Gas Fireplace cleaning for $99. My fireplace was no longer working, and I assumed the thermo coupler was bad, but the technician was able to get it back to fully working simply by cleaning everything. He was incredibly friendly and helpful and even left the fake logs in a nice arrangement.

Description of Work: They looked over fireplace, vacuumed and put new decorative stones. They were only here 20 min. I was satisfied with service but was told I need a damper clamp and could get at Home Depo. I went to Home Depo to find they don't carry and neither does Lowes and neither could tell me where I could find one. ugh
