Excellent. We hadn't used our fireplace since we bought our condo, 11 years ago...so I had no idea how it would go. Chris cleaned it up, checked everything out and it worked like a charm. He showed me everything about how it works, what to watch for. While he was here, he was careful not to get things dirty. He was pleasant. He cleaned everything up very well after he was done...he did a great job. I couldn't be happier.

They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!

1) We were disappointed with the punctuality. For both visits, the technician was supposed to arrive between 9am and 1pm. For both visits, the technician did not arrive between those times and called after 1pm to let us know that he would be late. Waiting for 5 hours, and then having to wait additional time did not make us happy. 2) We were supposed to receive a chimney inspection on the first visit. The technician on the 1st visit told us everything was good, no need for any repairs. The 2nd technician informed us that apparently the 1st technician did not inspect the top of the chimney (as he was supposed to), since the 2nd technician informed me that a metal sealing cap was closing off the chimney. The second technician also informed me that the crown of the chimney was damaged and needed repair. I was quite upset to learn that the 1st technician did not complete the inspection as he said he did, and upset that we paid $150 for the inspection/sweep (a price that is comparatively higher than other businesses that we spoke with). The 2nd technician was very professional (he identified himself as the owner), stated the 1st technician did not complete the work he should have. I was hoping the owner would have offered some type of discount (on the $150 charge to place the chimney cap) in view of this, but he did not. 3) If we go with this company to repair the crown (not sure if we will), I will request the owner do the repair. I would not trust anyone else in the company to perform work on our house.

Excellent. Initial meeting was prompt. Hours available were great. Work was performed professionally and efficiently. Would hire for another task if need arises. Well done.

They did do a visual inspection. I didn't realize that they charged more for a detailed camera inspection.

Great guys, and it burns much better now. No extra costs past the special that came in Angies List email.

The person who performed the installed was very professional and courteous. I was slated to have the chimney cap installed on Friday, October 6, 2017, but after the technician arrived onsite, he informed me that he needed a 40 foot ladder to do the work. He indicated that he had to go back to Detroit and that he would be back in an hour or so. 3 hours later, the technician called to inform me that he couldn't obtain the needed ladder [the guy who had the ladder was in Novi and wouldn't be back anytime soon] and he needed to reschedule for the following day. So on the following morning the technician arrived [he was behind schedule 1/2 hour late] but with the ladder and performed the installation. Afterward I was presented a bill for $300. I thought that was a bit high for a chimney cap. I paid, but should have had him to uninstall the chimney cap and found another vendor to do the work. I fault myself, because I should have obtained the price first before accepting the work. I was considering having them to perform the fireplace cleaning, but I'll shop around. Let the buyer beware. I should have canceled the whole deal versus being out of $300 and found another vendor.

great, he talked thru the entire process & showed us how to operate the unit, said it worked fine even though it was an older model & added if it ain't broke don't fix it.

I love stories with happy endings. Appointment was set up with a 3 hour window. Tekio called when he was about 30 minutes out (love the advanced warning so I can harness my dog). Technician was well informed, took care to cover carpet, cleaned up and retested system Best news is that my fireplace is good to go. Thank you.

It went very well. The gentlemen that performed chimney sweep called to ask if he could arrive about 30 minutes before the 1pm-4pm agreed upon time window. He was very polite and professional. He cleaned chimney in about 30 minutes and did a quick exterior visual inspection. He suggested having their masonry person come look at chimney because it has a number of light colored bricks indicating deterioration. There was no hard sell.

They came and went without me knowing. They did not do down spouts that were clogged. They said they brought a bucket of water to test them. They came back when I complained. They attached hose and the downspouts were cleaned and became functional again. I do respect that they did come back out but clearly they didn't do what they should have the first time around

Tech was very good! He answered questions I had and didn't try to oversell me products I didn't need.

Excellent price. Extremely clean and made sure there wasn't one speck of dirt left when they left my home.

Amazing! I was so pleased and impressed. There was some difficulty I connecting with the company initially, but once I had my appointment, things couldn't have gone better. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Chris was on time, prepared and completed the work quickly. He explained what he was doing and provided suggestions for using the fireplace. Cleaned up thoroughly and left the fireplace looking much nicer.

The tech was very nice, but the procedure took very little time which makes me question the quality. The house is a two story, and I'm not sure the tools went all the way to the top of the chimney. Also, the tech ran out of receipts, and said one would be emailed to me, but I never got it.
