We sold our house and an inspection for the wood burning stove was required as a condition for closing on the house. They scheduled me right away. Got a call when the Tech was 15 mins away. They completed the inspection report that day and emailed me the report. They included a very reasonable quote for cleaning should the new owner wish to have it cleaned. I wish everyone we have encountered during the sale of this house was as prompt. Excellent service and very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

They were courteous and continued to respond until we were completely satisfied. Only area for improvement is their ability to stick to their schedule. We had to re-schedule work several times, and they were not always prompt. But they bent over backwards to please.
