I was never contacted by anyone - disappointing !

I scheduled my chimney maintenance through HomeAdvisor (easy and fast). On the day of the appointment, Detroit City Sweep called me in the morning to inform me that the HomeAdvisor system had a glitch in it that made it necessary to schedule my appointment for another day. I told the woman on the phone that I had taken off THAT day to be at home for the chimney maintenance and could not do it another day for the next week. She apologized and promised to make things right. A couple of hours later, a technician called and asked if he could come clean my chimney right away. He showed up on time, was friendly, thorough, went over a checklist of what he found, and the price was great. Excellent, excellent customer service and workmanship. Recommend!

I couldn't find a chimney sweep company who had liability insurance . They said that they had liability insurance but did not email a copy per my request . I am still looking for a chimney sweep with liability insurance .
