The installation went well; however, one of the doors is starting to rust. When I called them about the problem they told me the salesman and the owner would come out, but they never showed, last week he said he was on vacation, and then yesterday he was in a meeting and would call back. He did not call back so I called him again and now there is no answer. I also used them at my mothers home and they did an excellent installation job but one of her doors is starting to rust. They told me they would take care of it, but I will have to wait until they are in the area. Update: They finally came out to look at my door. It took them over three weeks to do so but they have yet to come and look at moms door which has rust and some other issues also.
