His work did not reflect the quality of a professional or handyman. Gave contractor an advance to purchase materials. Purchased subpar wood (cheap) and roofing nails. steps bend with pressure, not level, and some steps cut too short. Install and gutters improperly, and parts not purchased to complete a task). I feel taken advantage of. if you need professional quality work, hire a professional contractor qualified to do that specific task.
