Everything went exactly as planned. Electrician arrived on schedule and performed all work as promised. I thought the cost was a little elevated but not unreasonable. Electrician rates tend to run high.

They more than fixed the problem. They were knowledgeable. He spent an extra half hour to make sure the job was done right and communicated well with me. I am happy with their service and I can really trust them. The owner of the company even spoke to me on the phone and was very polite.

Very thorough, the electricians demonstrated and explained everything that they were doing.

Work was efficient, thorough, and completed on the first visit. The Electrician was extremely pleasant, professional, and tested every aspect of the installation. He did not complete the job until I was pleased with the overall outcome. I was so impressed with the initial job that I requested a quote for subsequent work (in 2017), but unfortunately, the quote was extremely high and didn't fit into my budget.

It was a very good service. Asked them back again for some more job. They are very professional.

It went really well. I was satisfied with how timely they were able to get an estimate, come out to our home and do the work. I was also happy that they returned to fill in the trench, and jump the charger so we could power our vehicle immediately. Chad and Mike did the work at our house, but Tim and Loretta were also very courteous and helpful.

The technician was on time. I explained what needed to be done and he gave me a quote, which was very fair. He told me that he would email my husband the write-up and quote later that afternoon. We were planning to schedule with them, but we never heard from them again. No phone call or email.

They did a great job, and we have plans to redo a bathroom. I will totally hire those guys to do the electrical. They were just as helpful, friendly, and nice as you could ever want. It was wonderful. They're helpful, and they're willing to make sure everything is perfect. I just thought they were efficient, helpful, they were professional and they knew what they were doing.

The worker was very clean and conscientious. He was very experience and it was a very positive experience. They were friendly and personable. Excellent job. They made the appointment by phone and called in advance and arrived on time.

all jobs were completed to my satisfaction. I did get a quote on a much larger job and found their price to be well above the market rate.

We spent about a half hour going through the rooms and he seemed like he understand what the project consisted of. He sent me an e mail that afternoon Oct. 31 telling me that he would go back to his office and work up a bid and that he could begin service mid to late November. I called his office, faxed over the electric permit I had pulled and e mailed his office over a four day period. Mr. Hester called me eight days later and said he was too busy to do the job. I am very frustrated and told him it would have been nice to give me better notice. He knew the job was important to me and I would have contacted other companies. He wasted my time.

Chad was super professional and efficient. He was able to quickly fix something that a previous electrician had fouled up. He also had some great recommendations for lighting in our home that I was unaware even existed. He did his best to explain to the lay person that is me what was going on with the faulty items we had and what he was doing to fix them. I wouldn't hesitate to hire again because I really got the impression that he knew what he was doing.

This company never bothered to return my phone call. Left two messages.

He did not stand by his written agreement. I got a call a few days later from the office manager. Again, they did not stand by their written agreement. Stay away from this company. I would not recommend them.

Excellent. The tech was helpful and courteous. The work was performed in the time they stated and he answered questions about the work. The work performed was of high quality and if issues were found the tech brought them to my attention to make a decision on how to handle. They were late due to a clerical error so I gave them a B in that category; however, they did call and inform me of the issue and their estimated arrival time.

He arrived on time and was very efficient. Since there was time left when my list was completed i had him install GFI outlets in two bathrooms.

They did a great job. Quick and cleaned up after. On time.
