The project manager came to visit my home prior to the actual work to assure the technician would know exactly what to do. The technician was on time on the date of my appointment. He was knowledgeable and made me feel at ease about what he was going to do and why. He went straight to handling the problem and didn't try to absorb any additional time. It was a great experience. I would use this company again and refer them to friends and family.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. I got everything done that I needed. He was really good about communicating what was needed. H got the work done pretty efficiently. He had to cut some access panels in my wall and I wasn't too happy about that, but he did tell me in advance that he might have to do that, so that was okay. The one thing I found kind of frustrating was that he had to leave twice to go to the home improvement store to get supplies because he didn't have them on his truck like he thought he did, which extended the time a lot longer. I spent an additional $316. They were kind of expensive. I'm not sure if I would use them again or not.

It went well but they were late. They did call to let me know, though.

Had some trouble putting the light in the spot we wanted due to duct work and joists. Provided viable, alternate solution that kept the light where we wanted it.

I cancelled because I was the one initiating all the calls to see when they were coming and why they were late and why somebody got sick. So I was very disappointed that I paid for it and I didn’t really receive the service. They rescheduled once it was because of something so I called them back. It was just me initiating to find out what was going on and as a consumer, I didn’t feel that I had to be the one initiating the service. They were generous but I didn’t see a credit for the service. They got their money and I didn’t get the service. Their professionalism suck. He already told me that he was not going to be to do it for the price that Angie’s List gave them and I had to come up for some more money. They didn’t make any outwork contact with me, I had to do all the pursuing.

The best! I had purchased a few wrong parts and he actually went to Home Depot to exchange them for the right ones. How's that for customer service? Some were unavailable so I managed to find what I wanted online and ordered them along with a ceiling fan that needs to be installed and now that everything has arrived I will call them to schedule that work. Arrived right on time and picked up and threw away all leftover parts. When he left the only sign of anyone being here was a bunch of shiny new wall outlets that work. Thank goodness for Angie's List Special Deals, as I've once again I was able to 'try out' a service and found one I can count on.

I bought a $99 Big Deal and contacted Tony the Project Manager to schedule service. Chad came out, listened to the work I wanted done, answered my questions and finished the job in a timely manner. I paid extra once I ran over the allotted two hours but it was worth it to get everything done.

The electrician was running a little late but he called me to advise what time he would arrive. After arriving and looking at the situation he advised what materials he would need and gave me a price for them. After agreeing to the price the work began promptly and was completed in about one hour. I have already recommended Streamline Electric to a co-worker.

Electrical switches checked + Antenna for Cellular signal put in correctly

Contacted this company as they had a "Angie's list deal" coupon on sale. We have a lamp post out by the street that no longer works. The wire had been cut this summer as we had a sprinkler system put in but had no idea where along the yard the line had been cut. After explaining this to the company, they assured us they could find the break. They were very responsive and sent somebody out in a timely manner. They did say, however, that we needed to buy the coupon before they would do any work, so we did. The electrician they sent out was very nice and was knowledgeable and confirmed that there was power going to that line, but none being received by the lamp post. At that time, he made a few phone calls to the home office and then informed us that they did not have the equipment to locate the break in the line. Instead, they would have to rerun line, at a huge expense (probably not huge for the job itself, but WAY more than we budgeted for fixing a cut wire). This was not something we wanted done and the electrician left us with an estimate and an assurance that if WE could find the break, they would have no problems fixing it fairly inexpensively. During our dealings with this company, they were polite, quick, accommodating, and I got the impression that they were very capable when doing work. However, as a customer, if I call and say I want "this or that done, can you do it?" and it turns out that you don't have the equipment to do so, it puts me off a bit. BUT to be fair, the electrician who came out did give me suggestions as to where to go to find somebody with the needed equipment. If I needed some routine electrical work done, I wouldn't have a problem calling them again as they were very easy to work with. I just wouldn't call for anything outside of the box.

Company promptly responded t my call, set a convenient time/date for the service, and performed the work quickly and properly. The service professional, Chad, was courteous, knowledgeable and cleane up all work and technician was courteous, responsive and cleaned up the area when job was competed. I would definitely use them again and would be comfortable recommending them to my friends and family.

It took a little time to schedule an available date, but it was a job well done. I would use Streamline again in the future for electrical jobs.

It didn't go well, the technician tried to see the pwer lines, seems its not his expertise. all we got is fixing two light bulbs.The service thats needed is not fulfilled.

Angie's special for x hours of service for a fixed price. |Repaired a failed dual switch hall light install where a switch had failed. Corrected an incorrect grounding on a sub-panel in the basement.

I purchased the Big Deal of $99 for $200 worth of work to have some outdoor outlets installed by the deck. The manager I worked with was very nice and accommodating of a tight timeline to complete the work (within 7 days). He came out to examine the request, we discussed cost and options, and the work was scheduled. The electrician that came out was professional and efficient, he installed a single four-gang outdoor outlet with cover. The results looked great and functioned without any issues. The only, very minor, issue was the manager was late for the consultation appointment.

Appointment was scheduled December 3rd at 9 a.m. The electrician called in mid-morning to say he was running behind and would be here at 11 a.m. He showed up at noon. Fortunately, my wife and I were able to adjust our schedules to accommodate his. Once here, he went right to work and did a fine job of removing an old ceiling fan and installing a new one, making sure that the new one's electrical box and mounting were secure and within code.

1. never installed the switch so now the light has to be on for the fan to work. Never finished what I paid for! 2. when came to do job spent an hour pulling wiring and then indicated he could not mount the lights and suggested we buy new lights. I ended up making a special wood box frame to mount lights so the electric box could be sealed from the elements. very poor job planning!

I was contacted because the company was busy but would schedule me. Chad was prompt and courteous. He was quick and neat and knew what he was doing. I will hire them again.

He was absolutely fantastic! He made a very good effort to get there. He was awesome and very professional. It cost me a couple of hundred dollars. He showed up when he said he was going to and followed through on what he said he was going to do. It was extreme professionalism. He called me back when I left messages. If he had an issue he would immediately contact me. The price was very reasonable.
