Chad was great! He addressed all of my electrical concerns and gave me a quote on the ceiling fan installation. He check the electrical outlets and changed out a bad outlet, he checked the power to my garbage disposal and placed ends on loose wire in the electric circuit breaker box. He went the extra mile by going to the store to purchase an outlet replacement to match the others in the room instead of installing a white one. He was great and when I'm ready I'll have him back to install the ceiling fan...there no pre existing light so he explained what was needed to complete the task. The only complaint I have was the length of time to actually get an appointment that met my needs.

They just came out this morning, and their service was absolutely wonderful. They called in the morning to verify directions and let us know they were on their way. My husband was there to meet with them. There were some parts they need to go purchase to finish the ceiling fan. We do not have electrical in the ceiling so they had to put a box in. He purchased what he needed. The Big Deal was for two hours and at the two hour mark he said that his two hours is up. He said he can finish and put the fan blades for us for $85 now or we could do it ourselves. He did not just go over and say that he was getting more money out from us. He notified us. That was so completely considerate. I cannot begin to tell. We did not take the extra hour. All we had to do was put the fan blades on. I am completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to family, and I would use them again. I am so happy with them.

There were no troubles with scheduling. I did have to pay some additional costs for the support box. Everything was fine.

The young man was professional and arrived on time. He installed the light. We were supposed to get $200.00 worth of work for $99.00. However, after installing the light, he claimed that the other work we wanted would cost more than $100.00 and his boss would need to come and give us an estimate for the other work we were considering having done. The boss, Tony (don't remember a last name) never came over to our house or called to schedule an appointment to give us estimates. The light that was installed stopped working after two weeks. We don't know if the light was bad or if the installation was not done correctly. We had it replaced by someone else. We DID NOT receive $200.00 of work for $99.00. Overall, I was disappointed with this experience. Not sure if I will ever go this route again. Won't use the contractor because there was never any response from him concerning additional work.

Tim provided me with great service. He came out estimated water damage and went thru my home making sure all my issues was addressed. He was very professional, showed up on time and completed job in a timely manner. Many contractors don't clean up behind themselves however Tim and partner did. Whatever they moved they placed back without me asking. I am very pleased with his work and will use Streamline again for another job in future.

They were professional and friendly. They were upfront about the additional costs involved. They were very accommodating with scheduling. I have used their service in the past and would definitely consider using them again in the future.

This was a Big Deal purchase from this winter. We needed to reschedule due to the awful winter weather and had no problem doing that. The electrician was prompt, friendly and professional. He wasted no time installing the fixtures that I had all ready purchased. The deal was for $99 for $200 worth of work, but a box plate had to be used so the cost went up $5. No problem. Every tradesman I have hired through Angies List has come prepared with booties for their shoes and are very respectful of myself and my home.

Chad, the electrician was great. He did have to make a run for supplies, but everything went smoothly and I love love my ceiling fan.

It went very well. The electrician trace the problem to my sump pump and once that was fixed so was the problem.

It was a real pleasure working with this company. Each worker was extremely professional, conscientious, and excellent at providing information & guidance. A pleasant sense of humor is always nice too! :) We were very impressed with the long hours they put in and all in good nature to boot! We will always use them for our electrical needs from here on out!!!!!

The electrician who came to the house was very professional and polite. Did a great job and communicated well with my husband and myself determining what we needed done. Picked up after himself, could not have asked for a more pleasant experience.

That worked out fine. They came when they said they would. They were courteous. I was pleased with the experience. I haven't had any problems.

Anthony came to my house on time and was very professional. He went through and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I have been having trouble with my Home Theater amp and he thought it could be a due to the voltage coming into my house. He ran it down and even called DTE for me to have them come and tune it down a bit. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I will definitely use them again.

this is a great company to do business with, when you call they are most helpful and they show up on time and do great work. I always request that Chad be my technician and he always is very professional and always does great work

I purchased a bid deal on Angie's List, which was $99 for 200 of electrical work. I called to schedule an appointment to have a bathroom fan that I had already purchased installed. I had called on a Friday, and was told that they would call back on the following Monday to schedule a service date. I did not receive a call back on Monday. I called again the next week and this time they scheduled an appointment right away. I did have to cancel this appointment, and Tony from streamline was good about rescheduling it for me. Chad came during the schedule appointment time to install the fan. He was polite, professional, and competent. I did need a 4inch tubing to connect the fan to the previously installed van, that Chad said he did not have with him, but could go to the store to get it. Fortunately, my fiance was here to get the part, while Chad started working. The job was finished in just under 3hours, and my total was 203.50 ($99 for Angie's big deal and then an additional $104.50) for the extra hour of labor and parts. I was pleased with the work and will call Streamline Electric again.

The technician was courteous and professional. Addressed all of my concerns and fixed all of my electrical problems. He even offered advice on things I could do to improve my kitchen lighting. I was extremely pleased with the results and would definitely use them again.

From their customer service to technical prowess, it?s rare to find professionals of this caliber. It was a pleasure to work with them. DTE even commented on how impressed they were with the job, which was done right and on time. I fully intend to work with Streamline on other properties in the near future.

I had some issues with scheduling in the beginning, but they were able to solve them. They were to install a chandelier and they could have done a bit better of a job. They did a good job with the mounting of the TV. Everything went fine. They did charge me for the hour and there were additional costs. They charged me for two and a half hours. However, they were outside talking for some of that time. I had thought that the job would be done within in the two hours. If they had been more professional with working, it should have been completed within the two hours.

Tim & Tony came to my condo Wednesday 3-19-14 to view existing panel, grounding etc. They set install date for Monday 3-24-14 but changed to Tuesday 3-25-14. They picked up City Permit & Tim (President of company) began removal of old panel which was much over due for an upgrade. It was an old Pushamatic panel & a bit corroded with age. The new panel was installed with 2 ground rods & surge protection. Tim was very knowledgeable & kept me abreast of any problems. When done, Tony even cleaned up the area & removed any debris. Most contractors leave behind some type of mess! The guys were very nice, know their trade & great to work with.
