Electrician came in and look over what needed to be done, then let to go get parts . Was gone approximately an hour. Came back and finished the job.

Finished in less than two hours. Chad, the electrician, is a great kid and we will have Streamline Electric come back for any further electrical work. We will ask for Chad.

I was very pleased with all aspects of the service. Streamline Electric has an office that handles all the scheduling and is very responsive, so the techs are not burdened with administrative tasks, and there is always someone answering the phone. The tech called 30 minutes before arrival as requested, which we really appreciated. He was courteous and professional throughout, even when onsite inspection revealed that the job would take closer to 5 hours than 1. It was an unusual circumstance because the exterior outlet had to be attached 8 feet from the house outside the Florida room, requiring the use of conduit. The outlet also had to be integrated with an existing conduit that was not up to today's code. The tech was very responsive to our aesthetic requirements, and the final installation looks tidy and professional, and he brought us up to code. I also very much appreciated that the tech was respectful of our property in terms of cleanliness and disruption. We had had some bad experiences in the past where techs from other companies did not even wipe their feet or use drop cloths. We would definitely hire Streamline Electric again.

Service Provider scheduled an appointment and came on time. He was very thorough and explained to me what the issue was and how to fix it myself in the future. I would use this provider again in the future.

Not nearly as smoothly as I'd hoped! Not the electrician's fault. Builder or previous owners had overloaded circuits by grouping things very strangely. The electrician spent a lot of time trying to figure it out, finally had to call his supervisor and needed to continue on another day. He also didn't come prepared with basic hardware and I had to pay for his time to go shopping. This ended up costing me a lot more than the $99 "Big Deal" I purchased. Streamline had designated this particular workman as taking all the Angie's List calls. I don't know if that's a good thing or not.

The gentleman that came did a good job. The company wanted to charge me way to much money to do the work I really needed done, though.

Once I got everything scheduled, everything went quickly and efficiently and without any hitches.

They were great when they did the initial work. I have since had issues with some of the work they did.

Very professional and efficient. Only downside is that he didn't have all the pieces for my new outlet, so I ran to Home Depot to get what he was missing.

The service went great. He made sure to call to let me know when he would get to my home. I had him replace several 3 prong outlets because I have an older home that needed an update. He replaced about 35-40 outlets. I ended up hiring them back to replace the outdoor lights. The lady at the office was very professional and polite over the phone. They made scheduling the deal very easy and they arrived on time.

The job ran smoothly with one exception. I chose to install a light fixture I purchased several years ago : it did not have a a sensor for the dawn -to - dusk feature. Chad had to go to Home Depot to purchase one. He was on the clock the entire time, and he returned promptly. Soon after, he was done. Margoe

I spoke with the owner and thought I made it clear what I wanted. The response was timely and they arrived on time. The person who came out was someone I dealt with before joing Angie's List and did not have good feelings about him. The job he did for me before cost the same even though he did not repair my stove as he said he would. This repair (wall sockets) was done and they cleaned up nicely.

The electrician was on time,completed all the work and cleaned up afterwards.

I really had no idea if what they did was worth $99. However I figured it wasn't because after they finished with my electrical outlets, they asked me if there was anything else. Luckily I found a nearby light switch that needed changing. They also consulted with me about the issues we were having with some of our space heaters and gave me advice on upgrading my electrical service.. Overall I was happy with their professionalism and courtesy . I even used them a few months later for the electrical upgrade that they had consulted with me on.

The complete staff, from the secretary to the electrician who made the call, where very pleasant to work with. The electrician displayed valuable knowledge of older homes. (Mine is a 1942 bungalow) Their knowledge of the electrical setup of the house was helpful in finding and correcting the problem in a very expedient fashion. I would definitely use the company again.

.Chad was very polite, friendly and helpful. He checked my list and then advised me of what I needed and how much time it would take to complete so that I knew exactly where I stood. I would definitely have him work for me again.

It went well! I had them repair a smoke detector and it's held up fine since then. He completed the work in about 20 minutes. He was very skilled so it was an easy job. He was also very professional.

Streamline was both professional and responsive. They were willing to coordinate their services with my general contractor, as I was having additional work completed. They also provided their assistance in initiating repairs needed by DTE, several months after their services were completed. Streamline is a provider that I recommend and will use for future projects.

The actual work done and installer were very good. The follow up from the company to schedule the work was slow and didn't match the quality of service the installer provided. The work went well thankfully despite the drawn out scheduling.

This was a "Big Deal" for $99 for two hours of electrical labor. Technician arrived 45 minutes late. Pulled in the driveway as I was leaving a message on the business voicemail wondering if I had incorrectly wrote down the wrong date/time of the appointment. Tech was very professional and worked meticulously (slow but quality of work was great).

Everything turned out good. They were very fast on the job. There was one technician here doing the work. Scheduling was very good.

It turned out very good. They had to do all sorts of electrical work. There was all sorts of electrical problems. When they actually took the panel off to upgrade it, they found all sorts of wiring problems. But they were wonderful. They did a great job. I'm very pleased with the end result. They started and couldn't finish because of all the problems. Then I was gone for two weeks and then when I got back they came back last Friday and almost got it completely finished and then finished up on Monday morning. There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount. I had them do some extra work plus the house wasn't grounded. So adding the grounding wasn't included in the big deal. It included just the checking to see if it was grounded. The entire thing was $2300 on top of $849. There were no dislikes besides the fact that it ended up costing me a lot more. I've had no issues since the service was provided.

Arrived when he said he would and he did all the work without asking for more money. I intend to hire him again for any of my electrical needs. He was professional and performed superior work.
