I purchased the two hours of labor for $109 deal, with the intention of having an additional switch put in for the light over my kitchen table. The electrician went up into the attic, and determined that in order to run another while he'd have to punch large holes in my walls (attic access was very limited in the area due to the slope of the roof and the amount of insulation we have.) His suggestion was instead to install a motion sensor on the existing switch. This took less than two hours, so I had to run around and look for other things that could be done to use up the pre-paid time. I had him fix a couple of three-way switches that had been wired up incorrectly.

Great. Had the courtesy to call ahead advising of couple minute delay. Fixed primary issue and didn't mind me brainstorming on the fly a second project to maximize my time. Good, fast workmanship. Chad was especially a nice guy. Only gripe was several weeks to get appointment.

Everything went well. They were polite and professional. I was told the project would cost more than I had anticipated, however I never received a call back with an exact amount.

Streamline Electric came in the lowest price out of 3 quotes and did excellent quality work. They are expert technicians, with one of the owners having served as inspector in the past and worked on both commercial and residential properties. They were accommodating to our budget and electrical needs, as well as respectful of our home and tried to minimize the damage required to get in the walls. Their customer service is exemplary, as I am assured that they would come to our aid should we have any problems, which we have not yet had. We had lots of contractors in our home and by far, we are happiest with Streamline, so much so that we have referred them to others.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the technician and the quality of the work, which was completed in a timely manner. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to others.

I didn't have the services performed due to protest against Angie's List regarding the RFRA. I contacted Angie's List for a refund and to cancel my membership. I also emailed Mr. Oesterle regarding my feelings on this subject. I prefer to use local business anyways.

We purchased an Angie's list promotion for 2 hours of electrical work and service call. Chad arrived on time and after getting a sense of the projects and priorities went straight to work. Chad was very professional, personable and completed the work very efficiently. He explained what he was doing along the way and even showed me how I could do a couple of the items myself. We discussed a few upcoming projects I would like to have done and I would certainly go back to Streamline and Chad to have the work performed.

I purchase an Angie's List deal and shortly after, someone called me to schedule service. We discussed what I wanted done, approximately how long it would take, the cost of additional hours, etc. It turned out that because of a tricky ceiling fan in a stairwell, I had to share some photos and discuss further. Communications were fast and easy and very professional. Today the work was completed by Chad and I'm extremely pleased with the completed work. He went out of his way to access the attic in order to do the job correctly and safely. He was very respectful of my home, taking off shoes, putting on shoe covers, cleaning up any mess. Chad was also mindful of the time he spent here, knowing that we had a budget to adhere to. We even discussed a potential new project that I'm eager to get scheduled. Chad gave me ideas and recommendations in the different areas of my home that I'm considering new lighting. I just couldn't be happier with the entire transaction. I ordered an Angie?s Deal from Stream line Electric for $99 and 2 hours work. When I called the lady I spoke to was very nice and they were able to schedule the work on a day I was planning to be home from work. On the day of service the electrician called and told me his approximate time of arrival and was here within 15 minutes of the estimate, He was a very ice and professional young man. When he looked at the light fixture he let me know that there was a chance he would have to run a new wire through the attic if the existing line was not long enough. He was prepared to do the job. He was prepared to do that if needed. It all worked out and in less than an hour he had moved the fixture to a higher location on the wall. That left me with an hour of electrical work to have done. I had expected he would take up the whole time doing the fixture so I had to scurry. I had a lug I planned to replace and he did that and then when checking the service panel, I remembered some electrical switches that were right outside the basement shower. He had time to flip the box so that the switched are on the outside of the room. He also told me that if I ever had the panel replaced I would have to ground my water pipes to the meter because that is current code. We also talked about replacement of the panel and adding a surge protector. That just about used up my 2 hours. All and all the experience was great and I would gladly have this company do more work. From the first encounter to the completion of work everything went well.

Chad was the electrician, he called and arrived early, did the complete job including light kit and fans according to my directions. Very pleasant and professional, a job well done.

Installation went smoothly & efficiently. Timer switch caused some difficulty initially but electrician figured it out.

Scheduling was fine. He was efficient, but he took a long time.

Our kitchen was underserviced for our electricity needs. Blew fuses constantly. We called Streamline after reading reviews on Angie's List. Our electrician was punctual and organized. He did his work quickly and very neatly. We haven't had "blown fuses" since. Would recommend.

Initially, I was hesitant to work with Streamline because they did not provide a flat rate quote. Instead, I was given the hourly rate for the services I desired. Because I've dealt with contractors in the past that charge this way and then "drag" the work out for extra revenue, I almost looked elsewhere. Mr. Alfaro, however, convinced me that his organization is above board and do not overcharge customers. Because Mr. Alfaro was very pleasant and knowledgeable, I took a chance and stepped out on faith. I was very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of this employees. They completed the work in a reasonable amount of time and did a good job with clean up. My only complaint is that the employees did not have a balance bar for the installation of my ceiling fan so it wobbles at the highest speed. One of the 2 installers stated that he was not in his "normal work truck and if he had been, he'd have a balance bar for the install". When I contacted Mr. Alfaro about installing the balance bar at a later date, I was given the hourly rate and the offer to supply the bar (fee based) if I did not purchase one myself. My interpretation was that the installation of the balance bar should have been a normal part of the install and since the bar was not available at that time, and additional time off of work would need to be taken by me to get it installed on a subsequent date, consideration should have been given. Overall, however, I was happy with the work done.

It went very well, The guys, Tony, Tim, Chad , Mark, Laval, were amazing, they worked for several months to make sure my home was safe and up to code for me and my daughter, I always felt like I was top priority, it never mattered how late it was if I had a question I could easily call or text Tim and Anthony and get a answer. Appointments were made and kept, work was completed when promise, no aggravations was ever shown even when I added things to the list. Everything was explained in detail what would take place how it would take place. I appreciate their honestly and their professionalism. I now consider them my family and friends. Thank you! Guys

Provided electrical service for my bathroom. Everything went great with this company!

Located issue quickly (found loose connection on one leg in meter box that had been shorting out). Provided a plan for correction including detailed cost estimate. Coordinated working with electricity supplier (DTE Energy). All work was completed as scheduled and at the agreed upon price. I have been considering installing a whole house generator and if I decide to install one, I will be definitely contacting Streamline for an estimate.
