Nick was extremely conscientious in communicating with us in all phases of the contract. Once we fit into their busy schedule the project went very well. Nick did an outstanding job staying on top of the project and was well respected by his workers.

Dylan and his team did great work and were exceptional. They by far exceeded my expectation in timing and quality of the work performed. Dylan was dedicated to the job and was very informative with every detail. Couldn't recommend more.

Quite well although needed suggestions re storing their ladders, etc. Also couldn’t always come to work on consecutive days & not always using same crew. Need to work on clean up!

The Intern, Connor, Smith and his crew were extremely professional and showed up on time. They did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them to do work.

Shelby Vincke was very professional and always positive. We were so satisfied with the work the did on the exterior of our home, we asked them to come back for some interior work. The work was done quickly - the whole crew was always on task - and they took great care cleaning up afterward.

Nick was very professional from beginning of quoting a price to the completion of the job. His staff was friendly and worked hard each day. Once price was determined Nick provide samples of colors I could choose from. A date was picked and he and his crew showed up on time and started the work. At the end of work day the area was cleaned up and equipment set aside out of view and way. The project was delayed because of rain one day and was completed the next day. Time was spent with me reviewing the work completed. Any flaws I saw were corrected immediately. Once I was fully satisfied payment was requested.

Excellent work by Sam and his team. House looks great. Excellent quality and cleanup. From beginning to end, a job well done.

I had to ha e them come back out to touch up a few spots but other than that it was all fine

Sam Nichols and his team painted our home as one of their first jobs of the summer. It was a bit of a training excercise, but they corrected anything we asked them to correct and several things we didn't see. It was obvious that doing a good job was a priority. We received positive reviews from multiple realtors on their finished job. Sam was polite, communicative, and was able to meet us where we needed to be on the price. It was a great experience overall.

Exceeded my expectations! The work was very high quality and completed in a very timely manner. Connor was very responsive to any questions/concerns and the crew wee hard-working, neat and friendly. The paint job was really well done. I only wish we had more rooms done! I would not hestotate to hire them again!

Our particular project manager- Kyle Levick- was outstanding. He is really the reason I selected this company for the job. I could tell during the estimate process that he would work very hard and leave no stone unturned to meet my high expectations which he did. Kyle is also very friendly and polite. He was very accommodating in juggling the work schedule when leaks/rotted wood was discovered which delayed the project awaiting repairs. He always responded quickly to my text updates. Kyle was a distinct pleasure to work with!!!

I hired College Works Painting to repaint the trim on the outside of my house. The branch manager, Kyle Levick, was professional and personable. Kyle and his crew were on time, hard working and we are very happy with the results. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Not good at all, they promised me that they will complete the job before my daughters’ first birthday but a week before her birthday they said can’t do it, I was too frustrated. Anyways if you don’t want to waste your time they move on... don’t use them

JP, who led the project, was a joy to work with. He was very enthusiastic and determined to make this a positive experience for me. He went above and beyond to ensure our property was well cared for during the painting process. Trimmed and tied back greenery around the house prior to painting. Made sure walkways, deck and door hardware were protected from paint. He and the crew started early and worked late. People may question the work ethic of college students, but I found them to be far superior to adult crews. Excellent results from JP and College Works!

The original paint on our stucco looked good, but not even two years later it is chipping and peeling. When we asked about their supposed two year warranty we were told that it did not apply to us because we had only one coat of paint applied! On the siding we had some extensive blistering and bubbling. They came back to repaint it and in a few weeks the bubbles had returned. When we contacted the person in charge of our painting he responded that he was back at school and the season had ended. We were never given a manager's or supervisor's name to contact to address this. Again, the 'warranty' does not seem to apply to the paint job on the siding. We were given a quote of $900.00 to repaint a very minimal area of stucco, but we will not be hiring College Works to do the job. The initial paint job cost us $1500.00 and the second estimate (not quite two years later) was $1175.00. This included repainting the stucco, touching up a very small area of blistering on the siding, and painting a small area of trim.

Project manager failed to manage his crew, failed to show up when scheduled or when he stated he would return to the site. Work listed in the signed contract was NOT completed and the painting - caulking work was not even close to being professional or even novice level. After the third late scheduled return to the site, the manager was informed to leave our property due to substandard work and personnel. We received a phone call from a person who stated he was a regional manager for College Works Painting. HE scheduled a date and time to come to our property to review the project and discuss what they could do to complete the project satisfactory. He FAILED to arrive and DID NOT call to reschedule our meeting. Many attempts were made to contact both the regional manager and local crew manager but all were unsuccessful. Voice messages left to both managers requesting the return of our personnel check for our down payment have been ignored and we have not received further contact and or a return of our check.

The work was done on time and more than met our expectations

The job was done quickly, touchups were done as requested. Looks great!

Project overall went well, completed timely and followed up and corrected any issues we voiced.

Bria Dalgliesh was the manager I worked with. She was very professional and made sure she kept in touch with us and that we loved the paint colors and were satisfied with the work the entire time. They properly prepped and painted all parts of the house. There were a few issues though. When the quote was made, the company didn't think there was going to be much prep (scraping and priming) and then there was a lot more which understandably raised the price. There was also overspray on the eaves that was not cleaned up.

Everything went extremely smooth and was all done with the utmost professionalism. The crew always showed up on time and worked extremely hard each day until the job was done.
