AW Family Movers exceeded my expectations. I had a tight schedule and they still managed to help me. They were communicative and timely, and very careful, attentive movers. I would hire again without a doubt!!

HORRIBLE. Do not use. They were 2 hours late for our scheduled appointment. The damaged our new furniture. Promised to come out 3 separate times to fix the issue and never showed up. Now they refuse to answer our calls or text messages.

I was very satisfied with the service. The guys showed up on time, were very professional and moved my item vast and didn't damage anything. I will be calling them for any future moves.

Movers were polite and accommodating. Affordable.

Supposed to arrive between 8-9am. After 4 different times changed after we cancelled at 12:30. It was supposed to be a 3 hour job. 4 1/2 hours of waiting with excuses. Pay more for a better service. You will end up paying more in time with a.w. family movers.

After waiting 5 hours after our scheduled time, they arrived with an extra guy and got it done.

I was told one price and charge a very high cost when the work was done They damaged my refrigerator and damaged my side door they hade some drunk man helping with the move that kept asking for my phone number and could he take me out. It took them 5 hours to do a two hour job. The worse moving company ever never again Yhey are only getting one star because that is the lowest rate they can get.

These guys were fast, professional, caring and just amazing! We called them on a Saturday and they came out same day two hours after we called them! Very fair pricing also! We will never use any other moving company. We HIGHLY recommend them!

The appointment was set and no one showed! I waited and called for over an hour and didn’t receive any correspondence from anyone. Very unprofessional.

They left items at the apartment they did not move. They damage my bed frame. They drank some of the pop cane from my refrigerator without asking. They threw a pop cane in the bushes when they were finished. I called the owner to advise him of what happened. And he argued with me. He called me petty and said I was only calling to get a discount. I informed them, i did not want a discount, I just wanted to inform him about the job.

This was one of the best moves I’ve had! Alvin was very nice on the phone setting everything up for me…and it was fabulous that he was willing to do the work on a SUNDAY! The movers were very professional, kind and efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

We scheduled the time on August 25 at 9:30 am. They actually arrived in the seller's place at around 11:30 am. (The seller texted me at 11:44 am telling me they were getting the piano wrapped. The most disappointing thing was that they didn't move the piano from the first floor to our second floor, left it in the garage, and behaved rudely and impatiently. So we are asking for either a $300 refund or to move the piano upstairs professionally.

First they wanted to change the time from afternoon to morning. Then they didn’t show up until 2 hours later than schedule. Even worse, we had to move a lot of furniture before they showed up, it cost them only one hour but they still charged us 2 hours without explaining it has to be 2 hours minimum. Won’t use them again!!!
