+ -1 moreI had a problem with my toilet. I would use them again in the future, I have used them several times. I've been using them for at least five or six years. I usually see the same person, it's a small operation. They are knowledgeable, they do know what they are doing, and they do answer my questions.
Description of Work: They had to snake a toilet.

Not only are they trustworthy but, they are reliable, cost-effective and friendly. They always offer great counsel on the issue and offer solutions to the problem. They are always my first call.

+ -1 moreAfter calling, they promply scheduled me for the same day and within two hours of calling, a service truck was at the house with two plumbers who quickly assessed the problems. The quote was well within my budget with the work completed within an hour. Both plumbers were knowledgeable helping me to plan out future work. I will definitely call Al's Plumbing (on Linwood) again.
Description of Work: Replaced front water spout then winterized it (piping, faucet, sealing); repaired leak in back water spout then winterized it; repaired the bathroom leak around fixtures. Checked all other fixtures to ensure no leaking pipes, facuets, spouts, etc. Quoted for hot water replacement which I will look to do after the holidays.

Description of Work: They came out and looked at my project. They charged me $125.00 to look at the problem and then wanted to charge me $2500 for the project. I would not recommend him to anyone. I found another company to do it for $800.00. They were trying to overcharge me for the same project.

+ -1 moreThe experience has been very good. He has very skilled people working for him. We are very lucky to have not had a plumbing disaster so far this year. We live in an old house and periodically get leaks. He and his staff are very skilled in working with older houses. They have done all kinds of things for me. They have fixed a leak in the kitchen. They were going to have destroy some cupboards to get to it, but instead they went in through the breakfast nook. They were fine with doing that, and we were all satisfied. They have been here atleast a couple of dozen times in the last 10 years. Their work is very good. We never have to call them back to fix anything. One time there was a leak in out basement, and the owner himself came out to my home. He was able to identify the problem. His men came out immediately and it was fixed. We then have to have it re-plastered. He's not cheap, and plumbing isn't cheap. He comes when he is needed, and he charges for good work.

Description of Work: They moved my water heater. They installed copper piping. They put in a new washtub and piping.
