We were trying to get a boiler installed. They took our $4000.00 deposit and said we were getting a boiler they installed at another home for 2 days but found it was to big for the home. When it got to my home we said no way are you putting that rusty thing in my home. They said they would refund our money and now Heather has my phone blocked so it just goes to voice mail. The one time I called from another phone she answered and said the owner Pat would call me back. I am now contacting my attorney and My warranty company AHS as well as Lowes to not recommend for any services.

Wonderful
Description of Work: Our furnace died with 10 people expected to visit for Christmas. New Horizon came out on the Saturday before Christmas and installed a new furnace. There were unexpected problems, so they showed up again on Sunday and on Christmas Eve morning to make sure that everything was done correctly. A thoroughly professional and conscientious crew. I can't thank they enough.

They were contracted through American Home Shield, our home warranty company, to fix a plumbing leak. Instead of sending a plumber, they sent a young inexperienced, however nice, man who knew less about the plumbing than I did, and I know very little about it. They didn't come when they said they would, kept rescheduling, and never fixed the problem. I got my $60 back from the home warranty company and called my own plumber.
