 + -1 moreLast summer First call diagnosed a refrigerant leak in my AC system. I called them last week for a service appointment which they scheduled for today between 9 am and 12:00 noon. When they weren't here by 11:00 I called and was told to be patient since they had another hour to make their commitment. I finally received a call at 1:40 pm saying they were 20 minutes out. Too bad for them and me for wasting 3 hours waiting for them.
Description of Work: Did not keep appointment for service work.

Description of Work: My service provider called him to come for an emergency (no heat) and he came within an hour and fixed it so fast that I did not even get to know him. I had heat again and that is what mattered. I was very happy!

 + 1 moreexcellent. He showed up when he said and - miracle of miracles - he cleaned up when he was done.
Description of Work: Joe diagnosed an electrical problem in the furnace and replaced a relay rather than the much more expensive circuit board. I recommend Joe because he has done several jobs for me and has impressed me with his knowledge, honesty and reasonable price.
