He showed up on time, was very personable, and I felt very comfortable with him in my home. Was very knowledgeable and would defiantly use him again.

Mike was very prompt in responding. My front door lock had an issue. It is a Baldwin lock. Mike helped me getting in touch with Baldwin to receive parts for free. When it came to repair, he was on time and was very professional. He fixed all issues for the door.

Professional, friendly and quick - I am happy when I hire a company and they have the confidence that only comes from experience. It was 2 doors and needed the addition of deadbolts and handles; when he said he was done, I was like, that's awesome ð I'd say half an hour tops. I could've tried myself but I'm aware of my limits and it would have resulted in 2 new doors (there weren't holes for the deadbolts so...) and an entire weekend; so for the cost, saved me a great deal of agony. Sometimes, just defer to the pros, cuz I'll tell you, our doors feel nice and secure now. Grateful and reasonable cost. Highly recommended!
