Description of Work: Not exatly sure How much I spend for this service but the report was very helpful. With the information I received, I know now what I need to do to make my house more energy efficient.

Description of Work: I used an Angie's List deal to have a thermal scan of my home in order to see where heat was being lost. Bruce Shively did an excellent job of explaining what each picture he took indicated in terms of heat loss, and where I needed to caulk, add insulation, etc. he gave me an estimate which was very reasonable. I did not have any work done, though, as I was in the middle of a bath remodel and just wanted to have the scan done at that time. I wouLd definitely use this company to handle this issue in the near future.

Description of Work: I purchased the big deal on Angies List to get the infrared inspection of an older home we just purchased. Bruce was very good at showing and explaining where the deficiencies were, and also had good suggestions on other things in the home I should get checked out by a licensed electrician, which was helpful to me as I am new to homeownership. I purchased roof vents and wall and attic insulation. Bruce was very good at communicating what work would be done when, and explaining weather delays and when the work would be completed. Because my aluminum siding was old, they couldn't remove parts of it to drill holes to blow in the insulation, so they had to drill through some spots. Bruce purchased paint to cover the plugs and any areas on the siding where the paint got chipped. The crew was all friendly and Bruce worked with them on my house. When they found a wall of the house that already had insulation, he decreased my original contract price accordingly. They cleaned up after themselves. I plan to hire this company in the future if I need work on the roof, siding, etc.

Description of Work: I called Bruce Shively to setup an appointment, and ask him if he going to try to talk me into using his services, he said no. He showed up , and the first thing he says to me. Can I show some of my services, then he whips out his catalogs for his windows, roofing, and home improvement then asks how old are our shingles on our roof. I tell him 10 years, he tells me "shingles only last 10 years". When started to look mad, he says "Let's get started on the scan", so we do. He points out 20 problems areas, so I'm thinking, he is going to give me a report, so we can address these problems NO REPORT WAS PROVIDED

Description of Work: Thermal Scan was fast and thorough. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: They did gutter instalation on the entire roof as well as caulking of all of the windows. Very well done and very fast. Professional employees. I would use them again.
