One of the best experiences I have had with a contractor their communication was excellent as well as their workmanship. They were there when they said they were and they went right to work.

Incredible coordination between labor and supplies. At each step of the job, vehicles and or equipment arrived as needed. The whole job was done in one day. We were totally impressed with the organization, efficiency, and professionalism of the whole crew. The first crew went round and protected all the windows with boarding to protect them from the falling debris as they stripped off the old roof. Then someone came inside and suggested areas that needed to be protected - like the china cabinet with dishes just standing against that would be subject to damage due to pounding on the roof. Just as the old roof was off, a semi arrived with new roofing and equipment to load it up onto the roof to waiting workers. Would recommend Kearns Brothers to anyone needing a new roof! Aside from their quality, their price was right in the middle of everyone we got an estimate from.

Kearn's Brothers knocked it out of the park. We pretty much went with a full exterior remodel; vinyl siding, gutters, overhangs, stone work and even a couple of widows. Don't kid yourself, a job like this will take a bit of time to complete, so bring your patience. There are tons of decisions to make. We would like to give specials thank to Scotty P, he was awesome to work with. He walked us thru all of the build phases and helped us make the many decisions needed along the way. It really helps to keep things running smooth when you have a single person contact to run the entire project. Kearn's Brothers specialized crews were all knowledgeable, polite and cleaned up after every phase. We all worked together to get some of the special details we wanted incorporated into the final product and it came out great.. So, in the end it comes down to, you get what you pay for and we feel that our money was well spent with Kearn's Brothers. They really did a great job and we would highly recommend them to anyone who will listen. Thanks again.

This is our second big job we contracted with Kearns and were extremely happy, again. The crews they send are true craftsmen and take pride in their work. Our sales guy Paul Wilson was a pleasure to work with on both projects. Absolutely recommend Paul and the entire Kearns Brothers Company for roofing or trim work (the two jobs we have had them do for us). Thanks Kearns!

This was the best experience with a contractor my husband and I have ever had!!! First and foremost, my husband and I prefer to support local businesses, so we would have called them for an estimate, yet we would not have used them if they had not met our expectations. However, from the moment I called the office to schedule the consultation, to the finishing work on the very last window, my husband and I could not have been more pleased with everyone with whom we came into contact at the office and on the job site (my home). They were courteous, considerate of my family, and respectful of our time constraints and worked with us to complete the job. They were even patient enough to modify our order when we changed the path midstream. You will not be sorry or disappointed if you choose Kearns...the little bit of extra money you might pay is definitely worth it!!!

To begin, we were completely satisfied with all aspects of the work. The salesman, Mike, was extremely helpful. We met with him a couple times to discuss the window and siding projects. He did a good job of providing useful information about the differences between products and did not pressure us into needlessly costly decisions. The work started and progressed as scheduled, and Mike stopped by to check on the progress as he promised to do. The work crews showed up when expected and did a good job cleaning up after each day's work. The few minor issues that we brought to their attention were immediately corrected. It has now been several months since the work was finished and the house looks great. I recommend Kearns Brothers enthusiastically and without reservation.

Took 11 days to get back to me with a quote. I already had the flat roof replaced a couple years ago. This was a small area by the chimney that had leaked before and since that was done (another contractor). When I finally got their estimate, they want to replace the whole roof!!! I already had the repair done (800.00) by another firm and it worked - had a lot of rain 1.9.2016 and no leaks. Would never call these guys again.

Great.....weather got in the way on the schedule, but they did exactly what they said they would do. They did not leave the roof open overnight and cleaned up on both days. No "secondary" damage. All flashing was replaced too....often promised (not just my experiece) but then it's "the existing was fine" excuse creeps, which I believed last time...see last comment and was the source of leaks. Office staff kept me informed.....and the sales person responded quickly, professionally and clearly. Brick match on chimney was great...after 40 + years, cannot tell work was done.... Work crew was great. Quality was good ( I am a picky engineer) and all cuts and "overhangs" were straight. Went on the roof to inspect.....the last time I will do that LOL. On price...I got 4 bids...KB was highest but i went with them as they were the most "professional" and "reasonable on the various social meda sites. Best at explaining "why". Top 3 were within $1000, with one low ball. KB could explain why the costs were what they were and promised no subs....which was important to me for quality reasons. I bought my last "re-roof" on price, and got what I paid for. They passed it to a sub.....end of story.... that company is out of business.

We had Kearns do our garage roof this summer. It is a flat roof and they showed up when they were supposed to and completed the job on time. We were very happy. We called them back for a job on our main roof and now our roofer will not return our calls.

Mike Baker, the estimator, was prompt, professional and friendly. Jason, the job foreman, was great, as was his crew! They were careful, worked efficiently and did an excellent job despite the heat of those days! The finished job exceeded our expectations and we would hire them again.

We contacted Kearns Brothers and worked with customer service representative Scott Parzuchowski, who gave us complete information about the project and walked us through the ordering and installation of the new window. Everyone in the company was courteous and helpful and very knowledgeable! We love our window and the beautiful vista it provides, while offering a place for small plants during the growing season. The window is draft-free in the cold months and really enhances the beauty of our kitchen. We highly recommend this window, Kearns Brothers, and Scott Parzuchowski. The sales process allowed us to learn of our many options for the work we needed done. The sales staff was quick to respond to our inquiries and worked hard to schedule our jobs so they could be completed within the same month. We would suggest that you go to their showroom to see the various product samples. A good visual of what you will end up with. The various crews on our job, were very professional, completed the job timely. The crew's were very attentive to detail, true artists in their professions. They were pleasant to work with and respectful of their surroundings. We were extremely satisfied and would recommend them highly without any hesitation.

Things went well, they had to come back out a second time but they came right away and did not charge me for additional work. I will hire them again. The salesman was professional and the crew did a very nice job.

They did an excellent job showed up on time and finished the job in one day. I would highly recommend them. So pleased with the quality of work they performed.

The saleperson (Scott) arrived on time. Was very helpful and knowledgable. Answered all questions and left a detailed estimate. Although I chose not to use Kearns because they were a bit pricey, I did not have a bad experience. I can not speak on quality or workmanship since I declined to use their services. Overall I was left with a good impression of this company.

There were some issues with my old roof I wasn't aware of. Kearns explained these and showed me what they recommended. I was fully in agreement with their assessment and was glad for their suggestions. Although it cost a little more, I got a better job and it will last longer. They were very professional, the job is neat, and the clean-up was thorough.

She's been very happy with them. I would recommend them to a friend or family member. They were only late once.

They were on time and stayed on budget. Michael Baker was very attentive.

Very professional, did a nice job. We are happy with our roof and chimneys. Only small complaint would be the color match for the chimney could be better.

Kearns Brothers removed my existed front porch then build a new one. They did a beautiful job!

Kearns had already replaced my roof so I was familiar with them and very comfortable having them replace my windows. Mike Wall was my salesman and he was very professional and responsive. The installation teams for both jobs were knowledgeable, professional, clean and great to work with. I shopped around, and although Kearn's weren't the least expensive, they were the most professional. I would highly recommend them, and have, to friends and neighbors.

They were very professional. They came out on time and found some issues with the wood area around the deck. They called in an engineer to review the damaged wood propose a solution. They were done quickly and cleaned up all the debris.

I inquired about having the job done the first part of May and they said that it would be 5-6 weeks before they could do the job, as it was the job was not done until October. I understand it was a small job compared to others and I just wanted it done before the weather got cold. I had a few small issues but Kearns came out and took care of my concerns. I would use Kearns again.

Gary from Kearns Brothers came out for a new roof estimate. He was prompt and professional. He performed a thorough inspection of roof and attic. After the inspection, He sat down with me and went over the quote. Although, I did not choose Kearns for this project, I would consider Kearns Brothers for a future project.
