Description of Work: Kearns was excellent at communication, and showed up promptly for our agreed upon quote time. Their sales representative was very honest with us, and when we determined that Kearns wouldn't be a good fit for the work we wanted done, he did not pressure us into a sale. We were impressed with their professionalism and honesty.

Description of Work: Complete tear off pf the roof and replaced with a new roof. Parts of the old was rotted and they repaired the areas. Cleanup was done immediately and completely. Also new gutter was paced with exact matching of color.

Description of Work: They removed two layers of shingles and re roofed the house. The crew did a very good job, were courteous, punctual and professional. Their clean up was well done. When our current house requires a new roof they will be considered to do the ob.

Description of Work: On March 31, 2010, Kearns Brothers was contracted to re-do our bathroom and all the effects from that need. When the work was completed on Jun 7/10, the workmen left. Very soon after, we received the bill for the service. Where was the company representative who sold the agreement to us? I believe it should be prudent on his part to come and review the work before a bill is sent. If this were a luxury home, no doubt he would see to every detail and perfection. Problems were left and should have been resolved. While laying a "slab" at the bathroom door-threshold, the hall carpet was left "exposed" and was told it would be glued under it. The entire work, of course, required sawing and drilling which left the entire room covered with residue. I realize my responsibility to do a thorough cleaning. However, the workmen wiped down the sink cabinet and in the process removed the paint. I was not given a choice in the toilet fixture style, except for a "water saver" and the type of seat. However, it is obvious the fixture is a misfit and must be a discontinued model. There was controversy regarding the floor tile color selection. Since it was already laid (not my color choice) I must accept it. As the workman left, he said, "you will like the "gray - it won't show the dirt." However, while wet, it appears dirty gray - until totally dry. I believe a protective seal was in order. An especially, personal upsetting issue, I found that an expensive clown figure on the bathroom wall (was given in memory of my sister) was missing. An explanation would settle a heartache. I had no response to a phone call nor to a letter sent. Is this acceptable for "Angie's List"?
