Description of Work: Kearns installed a gutter system for our home. They responded quickly to my initial request and came out for the sale and installation exactly on time. It's now fall and leaves are not getting into the gutters. The real test will come this winter when icicles usually develop. Expecting the best!

We called Mr on 8/19 after reading this review. Our records indicated we sent an email at 5:02pm the day of his appointment (8/12/15, a 4-6pm appt), with the following message: John, I stopped by your house today took plenty of pictures and I would like to discuss what you are looking for. The info I received was “repair soil stack in back of house” and siding. I have a couple of questions I need to ask you prior to providing a quote, such as do you have a leak? do you think it’s the soil stack? and what are you looking for regarding siding..all new siding, trim and gutters? I look forward to your email. Best regards, Michael Kearns Brothers, Inc. He was accepting that our email might've gone to his spam folder and asked that further communication be conducted via the phone...duly noted and that info was passed onto the sales rep who had gone to his house. .....gkearns

Description of Work: Keith from Kearns came out to give us an estimate on drywall work (adding a soffit to an entry, dropping a soffit in a living space, and adding an opening to a wall). We were very pleased with him, but never received the estimate after the visit. I called a few times to follow up, but nothing. We ended up going with someone else. Even though we never heard back, I think they probably would do good work.

Description of Work: We contracted Kearns Brothers to replace our 20-year-old roof. Our salesperson, Mike Wall, was very professional and pleasant to work with. Our roof, which has numerous angles and a very high pitch, was a challenge, but Sanchez and crew did an amazing job and admirably handled any challenge. We were especially impressed with the work ethic of the entire crew. Minor issues were addressed and resolved. We would highly recommend Kearns Brothers to our friends and neighbors.
