New roof on detached garage
Description of Work: They were great to work with. I told them over the phone I didn’t want a sales pitch and they gave it to me straight. I got 5 quotes from various companies. Kearns quoted the lowest. Every other company tried to upsell me and made me sit through a very annoying sales pitch. When it came to the work, they finished in a day. I’ve had the roof for almost a year now with no issues.

It went very well
Description of Work: Three months ago I had my roof replaced. I was very pleased with my new roof. It looked professional, and the crew were clean and polite. Gary was friendly and took time to explain the condition of my old roof. Also a piece of my siding fell off my house due to the weather. Gary came and patched it as a courtesy.

Disappointing.
Description of Work: It was supposed to be a siding trim repair job. I have several bad wooden boards which need to be replaced. I took a half day off to meet him for a quote but he did not show up. He called and canceled the appointment.

I'm pretty sure the company subcontracted the work, but the workers erected slides around the roof-line so debris did not harm my garden beds. Only issue was they had a separate crew to do the flashing and I had to call them back to send someone out to do it.
