Paul and the whole Kearns team were very professional and knowledgeable and walked us through the entire job and provided a detailed project estimate We are waiting to close on the property and will have the work done in the spring.

I also used Kearns Brothers several years ago to replace my garage roof. They are an excellent company in all respects. A professional estimate is provided, all questions answered, very high-quality work is performed on time, and the cleanup is complete. I've used Kearns Brothers for 3 jobs, and if needed, I'll use them again in the future.

It was a great experience! My father is elderly and they were great with him. My father thought that he had paid them, and they were very understanding when I spoke to them about the issue.

They are an excellent company. They were very, very good. I had a question and I thought it was an issue. The siding had moved. They came right out and fixed it on the same day. The owner himself had come out. I spent about $4000. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Prompt arrival of individual for estimate. Price for replacing siding in gable was right on with what the insurance company paid me. Delay in having the work done - longer than reported. Initially the workers didn't arrive on the promised date. However, upon resetting the date they were prompt and as promised. Clean up was excellent and work well done.

We signed contract in April, just before turning on our sprinkler system. On day 1 when they showed up to begin demolition, they noted that the sprinkler system was leaking and contributing to the sinking of the porch footings. They continued demolition while the sprinkler system was repaired. Kearns did top-notch work, with exceptionally good communication throughout (while waiting for city permits/inspections).

Everything went very well. They are professional. They removed the gutters, replaced them, cleaned up well, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was not home when the install happened. My neighbors told me the workmen setting the stone were very particular in their selection. The stone wall is gorgeous! They had it finished in two days and they clean up after themselves!

Overall expeience was smooth and timely. Crew cleaned up very well.

The work went very well. Of all the contractors I brought in, they were not the cheapest, but they gave a written estimate which no one else would do. They were very professional and easy to work with. My only concern was on timing. They unfortunately had a difficult time geting started due to beauracracy due to permits, so I wasn't clear on when they would start. Additionally, when they were complete, they left no note to that effect. So when they didn't show up for 2 days I phoned to ensure they were done.

Everything went as described. They were prompt, neat and efficient. They cleaned up well. Anytime I asked questions they took the time to answer.

They were punctual, courteous and they were willing to work with us on a budget. We liked them, but the economy went downhill and we did not complete the job.

Salesperson Brendon Brownfield came out to do a quote on windows for our whole house. He failed to include tempered glass in the living room windows. We had to inform him that tempered glass was required by law because the window glass is less than 18 inches from the floor. After providing the quote, he then (30 minutes before our appointment) contacted us to inform us that the actual price would be $900-$1000 higher because he had failed to include the legally required lead-based paint abatement process in the initial quote. Communication was horrible throughout the process. We repeatedly called him to attempt to get information and did not receive return calls. Because we really liked the product, we were willing to meet with him one last time to discuss the issues with the quote. Our appointment was for 10:00. When he hadn't shown up by 11:10, we called him and told him not to bother coming out.

I think their price was okay, but their workmanship and could have done a better job.

On a scale of 1-10, they get 10! Shawn, the salesman, was a top notch professional! He gives sales people a good name! I checked out 3 or 4 other companies, and I could tell that they didn't come close to matching their service and quality. I price matched and he was willing to come down on the price to get the sale. They have a very high level of attention to precision and detail. You can get in trouble with siding if it's not down right, and they were very careful to make sure there were no gaps. They are James Hardy certified, and that really makes a difference in their craftsmanship.

The crew of men that came out and worked, did a good job. The workers were aware of other things that needed work and made sure they were fixed. There were very friendly, personable, and communicable about what they were going to do. They also provided me names of people they recommended on work they couldn't do. When the job was finished, they cleaned up very well. We are very happy with the results and would use them again in the future.

I had a big problem with the chimney and they stuck with it until they resolved it. There was a leak and it was not in the roof and they came back again and again till they repaired it. They were consistent. I would definitely call them again for any roof or gutter problem. I have used them several times over the years and have also recommended them to my neighbors. My neighbors have used them for roof and window works. Their price was good. They were punctual and professional.

They were completely professional. They got the job done within one day. They cleaned up and you never would have known that were here.

After having to reschedule with them because of a timing conflict, Kearns bro came out to inspect a crack in my chimney that was believed to be causing a ceiling leak. After waiting over a week for a quote they finally called and left me a voicemail. I returned the call and left a message but did not hear back from them for an additional week when someone called to ask if I had been called with a quote yet. To my disbelief, this individual was not calling to actually give me a quote. Two weeks later, when I had still not received a quote I phoned them to inquire about it. One month later, they sent a sales rep over to drop off a quote. Although their price seemed reasonable, it was incredibly obvious that this was not a high priority job that they were willing to give any quality attention to. Though the quality of other work they had done for me was good, I will not be using this company again.

It was very good. They found an opening so they were able to replace the gutters earlier than expected which was good as the bad gutter was causing problems in my basement. Their ability to work quickly meant that my basement troubles were resolved faster. Their punctuality and professionalism was very good.

They came highly recommended in our neighborhood. I would never hesitate to use their services again. They had a good crew and they cleaned up well after themselves. They are just a unique find in the area.

Sales agent contacted me within 24 hours of request for quote. Sales Agent and Service Agents were professional and on time for appointments. Job was completed in 2 hours time and appears to have fixed the problem. Initial contact with company was June 19, 2009. Repair was completed July 8, 2009. Quote included a senior citizen discount.

Project not started because they refused to give a quote without my paying $250

They were responsive as far as getting me a quote, but their price for a 30 year warranty on shingles was much more expensive than another estimate I received. When I told them I was going with a lower bid, they said they would lower their price. I think they should have offered me the lower price to begin with.
