Description of Work: They installed a new heating unit, a new water heater, and fixed a clogged pipe. They failed three inspections. They used four different people during the installation. Three of them were 1099 subs, not employees. Not sure any of them had any certification in HVAC installation. The quality of the work was so poor that when the AC compressor failed I hired another company to fix the burner cover, the wiring, and the condensation pump and line. It took Edwards 11 months to complete the work and pass the township inspection.

Description of Work: Prompt, polite, knowledgeable, efficient. Able to diagnose the problem and location quickly. Fair price. Same day emergency leak in one of our main plumbing lines. No service call charge, or charge for an estimate. Had to leave to obtain some of the materials. Returned very timely manner. Messy job. We now have two large pieces of drywall cut out But that was necessary to get to the pipes. Our house is very old. 100yrs. +. He also came out in the late afternoon on the day after Christmas. I would call them again, and would recommend them. Don't see how breaking thru the drywall could be prevented. On two levels of the house. It was a bad weather day, and they asked for our patience in getting here. But called and arrived within an hour or so. Could not ask for more.
