2 young girls showed up on time and worked for 2 hours. I reviewed what they were to have done and they said they had finished ahead of schedule as work was not that bad. they said unused 2 hrs could be used in future. After they left we reviewed their work and found several places where requested work was not done or so minimal it had to be done over by us. After calling and making mgr aware of our displeasure they sent another lady out who worked almost 3 hours and did an excellent job. we are very satisfied with end result.

Chris and her girls are great with old people. My mom is 90 and they work around her and her walker, and they are very gracious and pleasant. They are also very trustworthy and have great personalities. If you have older parents who need house cleaning then this is the company for you.

They arrived on time and were very professional, but that is were the good service ended. The cleaning was not better than what a teenage boy provides. There was still calcium deposits around the plumbing and the kitchen was still sticky the next day. We performed a deep clean the next two days and the calcium was removed and the stickiness left the cabinets in the kitchen, We can recommend this service based upon them not actually performing what they were hired to complete.

It went really well. The owner came out and inspected the deck before scheduling the job. He told me exactly what he was going to do and came out when they said they would. They completed the job and I couldn't beat the price for only $99.

Ray and Christine were AWESOME! They were quick to respond to phone calls and emails. They were more than happy to work with me on my time line. They followed up with me and communicated with me during the entire job. I can not recommend them enough A+++++ service and quality, I will never use anyone else!

They were really awesome and did an excellent job. They came on time and cleaned everything. There was a lot to do, but they did it in three hours. They were really professional and we were very pleased with their service. After they were done cleaning, the home was really ready to show.

They give a 2 person crew for a fixed time period. The breadth of what they did was pretty good considering the work and time they put in. In some areas they needed to go a little more in-depth on what they did. The floors had a weird film on them after they were done. They almost looked worse after they were done than before they came.

Christine was great to work with and returned my initial call while on vacation! Service was easy to schedule and she kept in communication with me by text, which was perfect for me based on my schedule and availability. A two person crew arrived early (they let me know ahead of time to ensure this was ok) and worked with my spouse to determine what areas needed the service. I purchased a 6 man hour package and they finished in less than that, so have a credit towards next service that I am looking forward to using. I was not able to be home at the time of service so was pleased to come home to a clean house not of my own making. Christine also called to follow up on her crew's performance. I am happy to recommend them to anyone who needs or wants a reliable cleaning service.

I have had a very good look with them, I have used them and they did a good job, I'm just about to call them again. They don't bug anybody they let you call them, they're very good about phoning up to make sure everything was done right and they're really quick to respond; I've been very happy with them. It's a little pricey, I think it's $50 an hour but they're pretty virile, I've been with them for 2 hours.

They did an excellent job. They were very efficient. I liked that they did inside inside and out and they did it in roughly two to three hours. Their price was reasonable.

Excellent from start to finish. Her results inspired me (and gave me the time!) to thoroughly clean out and reorganize my bathroom closet. Now I've started going through/weeding out old files and paperwork in my office. The "To-Do List" is hard to tackle --- "How can I start Project X when the kitchen is such a mess?!" (classic procrastinator talk) --- but now that Jessica comes every 2 weeks it's easier to face those time consuming jobs.

Everything went. Very well. They cleaned everything that I would expect them to with little guidance from me. Even cleaned the blinds and windows. They seem very willing to make Saturday appointments, witch is the reason I chose Beacon as a lot of companies don't seem to like doing that.

We had beacon clean our house for roughly the last 6 months. When we first hired them, they did a pretty decent job. After they had been there a few times, the quality of the cleaning services started dropping off. They were missing some very simple and obvious things, like cleaning the kitchen counters and emptying trash cans. We spoke to them several times about it, and the problems never improved, so we were eventually forced to find someone else. Update: We were not reimbursed for anything, and these problems went on considerably longer than our final cleaning. As noted, we spoke to the company numerous times about the quality of the work and it never improved.

The carpets were cleaned well. The man that came out to clean them was very professional and did a good job. The cost was a bit more than I was hoping for.

Baseboards, cupboards, doors, window frames were all wiped down. All floors washed and/or vacuumed. Dusting throughout and bathrooms cleaned. Kitchen cleaned totally.

Jessica arrived promptly ,did a walk around with me.She was very friendly, and thorough. I gave her a list of everything that needed to be done.She finished.the job up Early,everything was completed i asked to have done.I checked her work and was very happy with it.I would recommend Beacon Cleaning ,you will be very satisfied with this affordable ,hard working, thorough company! ! :-)

Ray(owner) and Carlos(worker) arrived promtly.I took them to the basement just asked them to get rid of stuff in certain area.They started right away,and managed to finish up a lil sooner than expected! They were hard working,careful not to scratch walls with any furniture, and followed my directions very well! I was so happy with their work id reccommend Beacon to anyone who wants hardworking,careful workers! I have already recommended them to some freinds.

I got this company from Angie’s List and I have used their service for four times now. I last used their service last month and they provide me a very good service.

Went great. Prompt and courteous service and did a thorough job. She even pointed out some mold in the bathroom that we hadn't noticed.

Jessica has been coming once a week for the last month or so. Takes about 2 hours and cleans bathroom, kichen, living room, dining room, bedrooms. It's been great so far, anything extra I ask she is willing to do with no problems. I have 3 dogs, she vacuums the couch and spends time on the floors (pet peeve of mine). Cleaing is promt, they alwasy bring the correct supplies (and remembers not to use the ones I don't like the smell of)

The cleaning team was very prompt, and had all of the supplies that they needed to get the job done - including a vaccum. They were very energetic - and really made the basement shine - it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in over 15 years. I was thrilled with their attention to detail and how well they listened to special instructions. They also did a marvelous job upstairs. The bathroom has never looked better - all of the tile just shines. They used something to bleach out the grout around the tub - so we do NOT have to replace that. Ceiling fan blades, and light fixtures were thoroughly cleaned. I really was also impressed with how well they washed into the corners of every room !!!! The team was also very willing to extend the planned hours worked - even after spending 5 hours on the house. They did just as well in hour 6 as they did in hour 1. I will use Beacon again - they were very flexible and responsive.

Chris is great and was flexible in coming up with a cleaning plan that worked well for us. There were no issues, however I have confidence that any concerns would have been resolved as necessary. I would highly recommend Beacon Cleaning, and in fact already have.
