The ladies were wonderful. They were busy the entire time. Anything that I asked them to do they did - they washed down the fronts of my kitchen cabinets, scrubbed the oven, wiped down all of the moldings over doors, cleaned baseboards, cleaned venetian blinds, wiped down crown molding, and the usual cleaning that you expect - vacuuming, kitchen and bath deep scrubs. They come fully equipped with there cleaning products. They moved so fast and efficiently that I had a hard time keeping up with new assignments. AND THEY USED LADDERS !!!! Nicest ladies that you would want to bring into your home.

2 girls 3 hrs. cleaned. Did not come prepared with the tools to do a good job!

The cleaning went great. The 2 cleaners came 15 minutes early, punctuality is one of my biggest things, and I showed them around the apartment to where they would be cleaning. They then asked me questions on specific products that I preferred for wood or the floors; to which I had no preferences. After that, they went under way and turned this place from a hectic mess to an inviting, clean environment. I originally purchased this for a halloween party coming up and they went above and beyond my expectations and didn't think my place could ever look this clean! The cleaners were very friendly and outgoing, the owner, Chris I believe, was very helpful in answering all my questions when I originally called. Overall, I would definitely use them again; especially with the comparison in their prices to other house cleaning companies out there that cost and arm and a leg. Thank you very much again!

I found Beacon Cleaning through a friend of mine who raves about them. I never had anyone come clean my home but since the Holidays are around the corner I thought this would be a good treat. They sent a crew of 2 girls very friendly and pleasant to work with. They did everything I asked for and more. From top to bottom and they finished a little over the time that I paid for but that was okay my house really needed a Deep Clean. I would diffidently recommend them to everyone I know.

Chris and her crew showed up on time and ready to go. They did everything that I was behind on. I was very happy with the end results and my house feels and smells clean again. I will continue using Beacon cleaning on a Bi-weekly schedule.

Dad (a senior citizen) had collected so much junk in his basement that I was too overwhelmed to even try to tackle the job. Chris and Ray came over and not only cleared out all of the junk, they cleaned the floors as well. I would not have known where to even begin and they made the job go very smoothly. It took them about 4 hours to do the whole job. I can't thank them enough for what they did.

Chris did an awesome job cleaning our home. She was prompt, friendly, and very efficient. She dusted the whole house, cleaned the kitchen thoroughly and disinfected and sanitized the bathrooms. She also cleaned the ceiling fans and got the corner webs removed. I will have her come back on a weekly basis to continue keeping our place in tip top shape. We have several animals and she was able to get all of the animal hair removed making our home look fantastic.

Our family has felt very fortunate to come across Beacon Cleaning via Angie's List. Christine and her girls were able to fit in a last-minute deep cleaning after a home renovation during the summer, and did a deep clean. Our home was built in the 1920's and the dust was thick after tearing out walls and redoing a kitchen. Her crew was in and out and cleaned in areas we didn't expect to be done. As a growing family with two working parents, a two year old, and another one on the way, the day-to-day cleaning wasn't an issue, but the once a month big cleaning was...and that's where the one-off purchase of a deep clean led to an ongoing relationship with Beacon Cleaning Services. Christine has been responsive to concerns, timely in her email communication, and the crew works with you to provide the service you require, answer questions, and has done a very nice job each time they've been out. Though we debated the cost, we've not only found it quite competitive as we looked around, but worth every penny in time we get to spend with our little one. They've done a great job. I've already made recommendations to co-workers looking for the same services.

Chris and her crew have been cleaning my home for awhile now. Chris is always accommodated to our needs and scheduling are doctors appt etc...They are now doing my dad's home, they are very friendly and trustworthy. Chris and her team are great with elders and are always there when needed. We have never had a problem with Beacon Cleaning and will always continue using them as long as we can.

Beacon Cleaning has been cleaning my house for awhile now and we love Chris and her staff. I never had any issues with them at all. Always on time very friendly and cooperative. At times I need a little extra help with things and they don't hesitate to help. Chris always does rountine checks just to make sure we are happy with everything I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Kris, the owner, is a hard working & skilled cleaning & is easy to get along with. She seeks out staff with similar values. Sometimes there were problems with certain workers, but if I let Kris know, she was always right on top of it & made price adjustments, etc. She even would come out herself to clean at the timing that was right for us. They weren't used to folding clothes, but Kris, always eager to accommodate & please her customers, showed no hesitancy to take this on. She even went to far as to bring me an old vacuum cleaner she wasn't using anymore after I'd mentioned trying to find one myself. And she baked us delicious sugar cookies! If we were only rating Kris for punctuality, she'd get an A, but some of her staff who came to clean (who she didn't keep on) weren't always on time.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked out okay. There were no delays, they were on time.

It was good. They also helped me moved my sofa, which they didn't have to do. I gave them an extra $10 for that. They were willing to help out.

I can't say enough good things about Chris the owner. She was supposed to come with two helpers but due to an accident she came on her own. She worked for 7 hours and did some miracle work on my home. We had leased our home to absolute pigs who apparently never did any cleaning whatsoever in the 3 years they leased. We thought the shower door would have to be replaced along with the double oven, but not the case, Chris worked her magic and got them clean, WOW!!! I probably could have used her for another 7 hours but that's not realistic! We will use Chris again for normal cleaning and would highly recommend Beacon Cleaning!

Very professional! Got to my home when he said her would. Set up quickly and went to work. I thought he'd be done in an hour, but he worked for almost 4 hours making sure to get the job done right. My siding looks super now. I need some patio stones cleaned and I would call him back in a minute. Thought the price was quite reasonable, too.

Every interaction with Beacon and its personnel was professional. They arrived on time and did a great job.

They were meant to deep clean the house we were moving into. There was no furniture as of yet and I wanted them to clean the window sills, basement, baseboards, door frames, and two of the three bathrooms. There was a mix up and they did not do what I asked. To be fair, I had to leave the house while they were still there. They did come back and give me another hour, but I can't say I was overly impressed. I think they do a nice job for a basic cleaning, but they did not listen well to instructions.

The owner Ray was on time and was very professional. I was very pleased with the results and would highly recommend his company.

Workers were efficient and friendly. They performed general housecleaning and also attacked a list of special tasks such as cleaning the kitchen cabinets inside and out. My only complaint was that they were authorized to stay longer (for an additional charge) if necessary to get everything done, yet they left on schedule despite leaving some tasks undone.

Chris from Beacon was really prompt at contacting me and scheduling a time for the housecleaning. I got a confirmation call, as well as a call stating that the girls were going to be a little late because they were stuck in construction traffic. The girls that cleaned did a good job. I know it was a big job, there was a lot to do and I had a couple of focus areas...bathrooms and kitchen. All in all, the job done was good. There were a couple items that I would have liked to have seen done better. The kitchen counters were not cleaned, so it was a simple thing to overlook. I would be willing to give them another chance. And be more specific with what I need as well as get a better understanding of how much time they would need to get it to meet my expectations. I would recommend them, but with specific guidance to ensure the communication and expectations are met. Thanks.

Left a list, and home was fresh and clean when I returned! Trust them to do a fantastic job every time. Beautiful work ladies! Even cleaned out refrigerator when requested! They are the best, and prompt, professional, polite, and hard working. Can't say enough good things about them.

We have had the same cleaning person of over 12 years so we know finding a good cleaning crew can be hard to do. Over those years we have hired companies to do one time cleanings, either special projects or when our regular cleaning person was on vacation or sick. Every other time the cleaning was sub par and in some instances didn't look like anything had been done. Therefore, when circumstances came about that had me looking for another subsititute I went to Angie's List and found Beacon Cleaning. I requested Jessica as I had read great things about her on Angie's list. Chris was very prompt with her return call for scheduling and had no problem honoring my request for Jessica. Jessica and Robert did a deep clean of our house and everything went well and they are back again two weeks later. I would recommend Beacon for your cleaning needs.

The two young ladies arrived early, unfortunately I was about 5 minutes late! They were very nice, we went over the rooms to be cleaned, confirming my purchase of "deep house cleaning" and including my receipt of a check sheet from the owner. They went right to work, each in separate rooms. They cleaned in all of the rooms expected, and completed the job within the time allotted. They were very courteous and focused on work. They were very quick to return to any area that I asked to be gone over again, and review any area that I thought had been overlooked. In the course of moving about the house in the days following the cleaning, I was disappointed to find additional areas that had just been missed/overlooked including behind toilet, accessible floor & bookcase shelving behind chair and baseboards behind door. It was my expectation that all the items listed on the check sheet would be included as "deep cleaning," (excluding those with special request notes), much like a "Spring" cleaning, that would include reachable items that typically get cleaned a couple of times per year, along with the cob webs, etc. Unfortunately that was not the case in practice and believe it was a difference in definition/understanding of "deep" house cleaning. They did not use the check sheet to guide their cleaning and therefore some of the items listed (excluding those noted as special request) were solely at my request, placing the ladies in a reactive situation. There was no identification that I noticed on the vehicle, no business card provided and no visible identification with the young ladies (identification badge, uniform, business card) identifying their affiliation with Beacon. I was asked to confirm services received on a document retained by one of the young ladies, and I provided a copy of my completed check sheet. Overall the young ladies did a good job and I was pleased with the results, as their hard work saved me the time and effort!

It was not well. I talked to the lady and asked them to come out and look at the house and how much they charge for the cleaning. She didn’t go with the appointment. When I called her back and she finally made it out and I asked her on the phone and said I have the clean by the certain time and they said no problem and they will take care of it. When she came out to take a look at the house and told us how much it was going to be and I asked her for a specific date and they said they couldn’t do it on the time I wanted.
