+ -1 moreEverything went great. The two cleaners arrived on time. Each worked independently and efficiently. They were "all work" and no socializing. Everything was clean, from the second floor to the basement. The end result was a cleaner house than than we ever realized from other cleaning companies.

She was able to fit me in on my scheduel and even moved things around so I could get a cleaning before the weekend - and I called last minute. Unfortunately I needed to go to work and had to cancel my appt. Chris and I have been trying to reschedule but now I have a house full of sick people ! + -1 moreI liked them. They were very professional. A team of two girls came on time and I really liked that the two girls didn’t chitchat with each other. They actually worked and did what they were supposed to. They divided the cleaning and worked out who does what and it worked out well.

+ 1 moreOn the day of the first appointment, they were 45 minutes late when I called the office. The owner found out the ladies had been in an accident. So we rescheduled for the next week.They showed up on time with no problems.
Description of Work: The ladies did a thorough cleaning of my mom's house. They cleaned the kitchen by washing her floor, counters, and table. They dusted her bedrooms and vacuumed. They cleaned ther tub, sink, and toilet. The lady was on her knees cleaing the toilet!! They washed her front window plus the windows on her storm door. They vacuumed and dusted her living room.

Description of Work: Hired Beacon to clean at 2,500 sq ft rental home in Rochester. While the house was empty of furniture, the previous tenant has left it quite dirty. The Beacon folks did everything we needed done, were professional and positive in their approach. Pleasure to work with.

+ -1 moreFor the most part cleaning went pretty well, however, the last job to be completed was floor washing, kitchen and bathroom. One employee did the kitchen and another the bathroom. Neither employe swept the floor before washing. Also, both used a wet rag and did not get the floors clean. I went over with a Swiffer Wet to get the floors clean.
Description of Work: 3 people for 2 hour house cleaning. Did two bedrooms, living room, dining room, main bathroom, half bath and stairway.

+ 1 moreI would say they would be great for a light cleaning not necessarily a deep cleaning. It just seems like they got tired out and even after offering a break they refused, saying, "we don't take breaks." Cleaning is hard so I am unsure why they wouldn't give themselves a little down time.
Description of Work: They cleaned my house. It was supposed to be a 5 hour deep clean. Including floors, windows, and dusting.

+ 0 moreChrissie and Angela are the regular cleaning crew who clean our home every two weeks. They are courteous and very professional. They are now very familiar with our house and clean it very thoroughly and efficiently. They don't waste time and immediately get to cleaning, not once stopping until they are finished. They complete their job professionally, and are no nonsense in their approach. The house has always been impeccable. As one earlier reviewer stated "they rocked it". I will continue to use their services.
Description of Work: Just want to underscore once again the superb quality service Beacon Cleaning provided us. They cleaned the house top to bottom. Dusted and wiped down all window treatments, furniture items; cleaned all appliances. Vacuumed all carpets, swept and mopped all floors (wood and marble flooring), including underneath the furniture pieces where "dust bunnies" like to hide. Cleaned all bathrooms completely including toilets, tubs and showers and then took all trash out after they completed their work. I use them regularly (every two weeks...well worth it).

The job was completed in about three hours and they were more than willing to work around my schedule. The arrived promptly at five and done by 8. I will definitely have them back for some routine cleaning.

They provided an accurate estimate based on the square footage and types of rooms (Baths and Kitchen take more time than bedrooms). The woman who came in to do the work was very professional. She asked what we wanted done, what our priorities were, and if we had a maximum price limit. She got through all the cleaning in 5 hours, as quoted on the phone and in person. The work was excellent, and it was far more than I could have accomplished in the same amount of time.

Description of Work: Fantastic company and owner. Very accomodating: They were set up to clean our new house, and I arrived WITHOUT keys. Chris and her crew were kind and understanding, and offered to come back later that day. The women who returned were professional, thorough and fast. They accomplished 3 days of work for me in about 3 hours. Scrubbed all floors, bathtubs, showers (including into the corners and crevices), washed the window sills and rfames as well as glass, washed in and out of all the kitchen and bathroom cupboards. They even pointed out several potential maintenance issues with the new house I had not noticed (bonus!), and dusted along all the door frames and mouldings.
