They were set up to arrive in the afternoon for a cleaning and had requested this time since they had another house in the area. They did arrive a bit early and got started. It was a two person crew. One older lady and a younger lady. It basically did not go well. They walked through for 20 minutes (which counted toward the cleaning time) and then got started. The older lady did clean very well and washed by walls as I requested, but the 2nd lady did not clean well at all. They continued to remind me that if I needed more time I could pay in addition if they didn't get what I wanted done. It felt very much like - we are going slow so you have to keep us here and pay more. The living room was cleaned by the older lady and she did a good job, but during the cleaning she had a "family" crisis and kept having to leave to take personal phone calls. I wouldn't have minded, but I was paying by time, not by completeness of task. The second younger lady walked around as though tired and bored. No hussle. When I pointed out that the cabinet in my kitchen she just wiped with a rag was still dirty, she said "oh" wiped it again, and it was still dirty cause she had no cleaning products or even water on the rag. In three hours with a two person crew: Lady #1 - cleaned my 15 x 20 living room including wiping windows and walls and my hallway. Lady #2 - cleaned a coffee tab and wiped off the kitchen cabinets (which I had to redo)

Very disappointing service. I was unable to be home when they performed the service and when I got home it was not evident that anything had been done. The service was supposed to be a deep cleaning based on an Angie's List deal, but after the service was performed, we vaccuumed and got full canisters, mopped and got pitch black water, etc. We will not sue this service again.

Good punctuality and very pleasant. They are using safe products for stone and wood. They are careful with furniture. Thorough cleaning.. Would recommend .

The crew of two ladies showed up right on time and went right to work. They dusted, vacuumed , washed the baseboards and floors. They cleaned the bathroom until it shined. I haven't seen it that clean in years. They did an outstanding job and were able to get everything done in 3 hours. I was very pleased with their work.

They were excellent my house felt very clean. They arrived on time, were thorough, efficient, and fast. The two ladies that came to our house, Shari and Angela, were professional and friendly. I have hired this company to come to my house ongoing bi-weekly. I would highly recommend. They also have great rates.

They show up on time and get right to work. They bring their own cleaning supplies, one goes to work on the upper level of the house, the other on the lower level. They finish up by mopping and waxing the lower level which is all dark hardwood on their way out. All window shades and blinds are done to perfection, bathrooms are spotless, stainless steel kitchen is showroom quality.

I wanted to hire professional cleaners to clean a house I wanted to rent out. When I spoke with the manager, I gave her a list of items that I wanted complted. She quoted me $195 for two people for three hours and $50 extra for any additional hour. On the day of the cleaning, I was unable to be at the house. They were unattended and did a terrible job. I was unable to see the work until a week later. Once I saw the completed work, I contacted them and asked for a refund. She offered to have two people come out for three hours and I accepted. After they were complete, the job was still not completed at the level in which I needed requested things to be cleaned. From the first time they came, the cabinets weren't clean, nor were the blinds or the top of the refridgerator. Also, the kitchen floors were not even swept. I am not happy with their services.

Easy scheduling with my needs. I don't live in the area and didn't realize the power was out when Amanda showed up to clean. My sister was there overseeing. Amanda got to work doing the best she could with no power. She worked for 7 hours, but according to my sister, was busy the whole time. It ended up costing more than I expected due to the additional time spent, but since she had no lights, I really couldn't complain. According to my sister, she did a good, thorough job.

The cleaning crew that came to my house missed several spots. When I got home and I noticed one of the rooms was not clean (they didn't go in), I contacted Chris who was super helpful getting an explanation as to why (husband was in the office they didn't want to interrupt). She even offered a great discount for my next cleaning. However, there were other spots around the house that they didn't even touch as well so I am not sure if I would trust them with a whole cleaning

It went very well the ladies did every thing I requested and they did it exceptionally well.

The clearners called to confirm the address before arriving. They worked through every room in the priority givien. The cleaning job was well done.

I can't say enough about these two ladies. They divided the cleaning very well and didn't cut corners. Our master bathroom has never looked so clean! They did an excellent job throughout the house and I will definitely be hiring them again. Christine, the owner, was also very helpful. She squeezed us in for a cleaning before Christmas (I called on the 20th). She has great employees and I highly recommend her company!

When I called to schedule (and re-schedule) Christine was very responsive and accommodating, which was much appreciated. This is the first time we've ever had a cleaning service in, and I am now spoiled! Shari and Lisa were our cleaners, and they were the BEST! The ladies came in, went over what I wanted and they got straight to work. They paid extra attention to the bathrooms and kitchen, which was awesome. They were able to clean to a level that I just don't have time for. They paid great attention to detail -- dusted picture frames (which I didn't even think to ask for!) and even super-scrubbed the baseboards. They were extremely friendly (and tolerant!) to my 2-year old who tried to follow and "help" them all over the house. Shari and Lisa worked very hard from start to finish and I was impressed with their professionalism and care taken. We'll definitely call again.

Overall, Beacon Cleaning team was very organized and thorough. Arrived on time, had their own earth-friendly cleaners and equipment, and listened carefully to my expectations. After hearing the goals at hand, they processed a plan to complete those goals. Other than two small over-sights, the team performed better than expected!

I have to say my experience in dealing with Beacon Cleaning Service was very positive. The appointment to do the cleaning was set-up within 2-days of contacting them. The two gals showed up on time and were very professional and did a really good job.

Great, the cleaning specialists were professional and thoroughly cleaned the home.

I hired Beacon Cleaning to deep clean my house which is approx 2500 SF. They were easy to communicate with to set up. We spoke but then primarily used texting to arrange and communicate which is extremely convenient for me. They cleaned all the blinds in the house, cleaned every little corner of my first floor wood floors, changed the sheets of 5 beds, cleaned the ceiling fans, and all walls and ceilings + all regular cleaning tasks. I was very happy with the job they did. The bathrooms were VERY clean, which is awesome! The women who cleaned were very nice and did an excellent job, and arrived right on time. I am very picky and can honestly say that I was very satisfied! I have used them again since then for a couple routine bi-weekly cleanings and they do a very good job.

Great service! First of all, Christine, the owner, called me immediately after I e-mailed her when I found her name on Angie's List. She called right away and was able to set up an appointment with someone to clean my house the next week. She sent a wonderful girl named Kristi. Kristi's came with someone to assist her, and this woman was wonderful as well. The two of them worked quickly, quietly and efficiently and my house was squeaky clean. They did everything I asked them to and more. I have four dogs and two children, so the house can get messy. The service was prompt. I am very happy with Beacon. They are true to their ad on Angie's List - they will clean or organize whatever you want. Their prices are extremely fair, and Christine is so accommodating. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent job! The two person crew was right on time and went to work without issue. They really cleaned the place nicely and were quite attentive to all the details. I will definitely be using this service for future cleanings!

Charged me $99 when she sent one woman out to clean my kitchen, living room and bathroom - 3 rooms total in a 5 room house. My house is only 750 sq. feet and I didn't even ask her to clean the bedrooms. She said she would call me before she charged my card and let me know if it took the lady less than 3 hours and if it did - she would charge me $75. She never called me, just charged me $99 without consulting me (when normally she charges $99 for a two person team in much larger houses). When i got home it was clear that the baseboards and windows had not been cleaned, she didn't clean the toilet nor did she mop the kitchen floor. I find it very very hard to believe that it took her 3 hours to clean 3 very small rooms and then charged me $99. It's completely unacceptable and I would never use this service again

I was very impressed with the responsiveness of Beacon Cleaning right away. Chris returned my phone call immediately and was very thorough. I did not have the same response from other businesses when I called around. I told Chris about our house and our needs. We set up a first time cleaning and there were two people that cleaned for three hours. She confirmed the night before and they provided their own supplies. They were punctual and we have used Beacon Cleaning several times. They are accommodating to our busy schedules and managed to clean things we were not able to do ourselves. I would recommend this company to others.

Beacon provided 2 people for 2.5 hours to do a moderate cleaning of my parents house. We waited just a few days before Thanksgiving but they were able to move a few items around to accommodate us. The team that came on site were on time, professional and made my parents feel very comfortable. There was a confirmation call before and after the appointment to ensure we were satisfied and a update cost with the exact time. 1st time using but WILL use again. Great Experience!

Christine was great. She personally came out to clean because she was short staffed. She squeezed us in on a busy holiday week. Everything went great! Thank you.
