Abu Hayder Pc

I was viewing vacation photos on my laptop and I shut it down for the night. The next day I attempt to turn on my computer as usual to work on it. I noticed that the laptop was stuck at the "windows xp" splash screen for longer than usual. I didn't think much of it and turned it off and back on. Again, it would start booting normally, but would get stuck about half way thru. I went thru a couple more attempts are rebooting but with no luck. At this point I was concerned because all of my vacation and family photos were on this laptop and were not backed up anywhere (which is a big mistake, and I've since invested in a 3 terabyte portable backup drive). I looked up local computer repair shops and found Abu Hayder PC nearby. I spoke with the owner (whose first name is Mohamad) and he offered to come to my house to take a look at it, which was a nice service of him. Abu Hayder came by with his bag of tools and tried to fix the laptop on site, however, he said he needed to take it back and run some diagnostic tests on it. I was really worried the pictures would not be recovered, but he assured me he would do his best to bring them back. A few hours later I get a call from Abu Hayder, and he informs me that the computer had been infected with a virus that wipes out files from the hard drive (I did not have an antivirus software running, a second mistake). Miraculously though, he was still able to recover all my photos and documents and save them on 4 CDs for me. After recovering the files Abu Hayder cleaned my hard drive from the virus and still maintained all my programs (he did not have to reformat the drive! I definitely recommend Abu Hayder PC for any kind of computer issue, big or small. He was upfront, honest and even offered to bring the laptop back to my house once it was repaired. I had no problems whatsoever and the service was delivered very quickly (which was important to me since I was unsure whether the files would be recovered). As an added bonus, the laptop ran much much faster after being cleaned from the virus. Excellent service from Abu Hayder PC! I would highly recommend him.
