Description of Work: Description of service on coupon was not accurate to what I required. This caused confusion as far as what this provider to accuatly assist with.

Description of Work: We had 2 different dates of service, 1st time, they removed all wood and misc garbage that was left in the garage (we had just bought this home) which filled up their enitr truck. They were on time, quick, and professional. 2nd time, we had them back out to remove more wood which again had been left by the previous owners from a deck that was taken down, they gave us a very fair price and removed all that they could fit in their truck. Again, on time, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing debris removal.

Description of Work: They did a good job of cleaning the floor. However, the power-wash caused the wood stairs to get wet. I noticed silverfish crawling out from under them after a couple of days. I'm not sure there was a better way to clean the floor.

Description of Work: I had signed up for garage power washing and reorganization of the stuff inside, but it needed junk hauled away before there could be any power washing. Norm told me that the junk would probably fill almost a full trailer (which it did). He gave me an estimate before they began. We set up two areas.(keep and discard). His workers and he removed everything from the garage, with the discards going to the dumpster/trailer and the other items out on the driveway until his workers could empty the garage and sweep it out completely. Power washing wasn't possible because I still had some good furniture stored in the garage. When they were done, my garage was less crowded, there was more room to move so that stuff could be further organized for future sale or storage and and it was broom clean. It was great to get all of that done in an afternoon and to make the same progress it would have taken me months to do by myself. His guys were pleasant and courteous and I was very satisfied with the work. Mine was not a typical garage in that there was lots of stuff from a move from a larger home and lots of artists' stuff. The hauling was more valuable than the cleaning but I liked the cleaning more because the result is still evident. Do get an estimate for hauling if you have lots of stuff in your garage.

Description of Work: This was a garage cleaning and haul away of material I no longer wanted. The group were very energetic in cleaning everything out of the over stuffed garage, putting things into the attic as requested, and sorting the things to go back into the garage. The floor and lower garage walls were all power cleaned with a disinfectant and deodorize sprayed before the garage contents were re-organized in the garage. The guys were very wonderful and efficiently fast. They even assembled a power generator that was in a box before putting it back into the garage. This company performed well above my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone for hauling and/or cleaning. Wonderful people to work with.

Description of Work: The day they were to come called a said they had a flat and next day came. Was not happy that the couch was thrown the 3 floor rall to the first floor.

Description of Work: They remove everything in the garage ,seperated garbage vs to keep as instructed. Powerwashed garage and applied deodorizer. They also organized things that are for keeps. What I did not like is the way they priced the trash removal. I was told that my garbage was to be for a full load when in fact ,it was only 1/6 of the truck. They told me the price from $600.00 then down to $200.00 They told me of the price before hauling trash to the truck. I am a person who cannot visualize the size unless I see it in reality. I felt I was duped in paying for more instead of real price. I was told that I cannot used the Angie's special for $69.00 w/c was running at that time. w/ regards to garage cleaning ,they did what i paid for.It was a job well done.

They even went the extra mile for us, turning around and coming back for a couple of items I'd forgotten to tell them to take with no extra charge. I'd re-hire them anytime and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a punctual, hard-working, personable and professional clean-out team. A lot of companies tout their customer orientation; these people live it.

Description of Work: Moved everything out of the garage, swept it, power washed it using a odorban citrus spray for pests. they power washed the exterior of the garage door as well. For a small price they will take away anything you don't want and then what's left they put back in an organized manner. All three young men were very friendly and worked non stop. Good choice!!

Description of Work: We had filled our one car garage with the materials we collected while gutting a two bedroom house. XS Trash came at the appointed time, confirmed what we wanted, filled out the details on their form, and within an hour and a half completely emptied the garage.

Description of Work: Used an Angie's list coupon for a hauling of basement stuff. Don't recall if the $$ was 120. Can't look at the coupon without losing the rating information so it's a bit of a guess. A crew of two came out and took as much as the coupon allowed....the owner gave me a quote of $350 to take out everything but I declined as I hadn't gone through all the boxes. They took out a dresser, an old TV, microwave cart and various boxes. The helper pointed out that I hadn't completely emptied the micro cart....very nice of them to bring it to my attention and allow me to take out the things I wanted to keep. They were friendly, courteous, prompt and quick. No problems at all. I would recommend - but I did get their services at 50% so I'm not sure if their regular prices are competitive....they may very well be but I simply don't know.

Description of Work: My service guy came from the South Florida area to my home in West Palm Beach, FL and removed a sofa and love seat from my apartment. He was very prompt, courteous and professional. I called for an ASAP as I needed the items moved quickly for the tile cleaning in a couple of days. I had purchased a coupon for this job on Angie's List and saved a lot as it was normally $139.00. I was very happy to have the job done so quickly and save so much. If I need anything like this done in the future, I will call this service again and refer him to my family and friends.

Description of Work: After renovating my home, I had accumulated lots of junk that the city refused to take away. Not knowing what to do with it, I looked to Angie’s list for help. This is when I discovered XS-Trash. They came to my home the same day I requested their service. To make it even more convenient for me, Norman Saleh, the owner, agreed to come in the evening himself along with his crew to get the job done for me. Norman was very courteous, honest, and seemed to take his job very serious…evident by the fact he works alongside his workers. The crew was professional and fast! Description of Work: Mr. Saleh, Said that a lightweight mattress & box spring and a deteriated table top hockey game would cost $210 to haul away and seeing my disappointment for not meeting The BigDeal price offered to do it for $119. I told Mr. Saleh that I would find another firm to do the work.
