Description of Work: They were EXTREMELY responsive and professional. I had no problem with that piece of it. They were on time and they did the job. But.... I had a coupon for $79. I had them come in without getting an estimate and I Was told the cost would be $319 when they got there. I took pictures of what I had and had another firm give me a price after the fact without telling them what I paid and they said they would have done it for $180. I actually paid $240 after the coupon. I just thought the price was high for what I had. But they still provided GREAT service! I would use them again BUT I will get a quote via a picture first!

Description of Work: The manner in which the Big Deal was presented gave the impression that you could get a full large truck load of junk hauled away for $79.The $79 coupon pays for only a small 1/8 of a truck load.

Description of Work: I CALLED AND WAS TOLD TO SET UP APPOINTMENT ON LINE. I DID THAT, NO CALL BACK, CALLED AGAIN HE SAID I SENT IT TO WRONG ADDRESS, THEN MY HUSBAND SPOKE TO HIM AND HE SAID WHAT WE WANTED DONE WAS GOING TO COST MORE THAN WE THOUGHT. SO I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY CALL BACK AFTER THREE TRYS AND NOTHING. I WOULD RATHER NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Description of Work: We bought the $89 coupon because we had a chair, filing cabinet and some cardboard we wanted removed. Calling the phone number was disappointment #1. The person who answered the phone said I had to go online and send an email with my request. Someone would then get back to me. Why have a phone number listed if you have to email? Disappointment #2 was when they arrived three hours late. After surveying the items the driver said it would be an additional $240. I understood the deal was for an eighth of a truck but we had less than that. I did not appreciate being up sold for something I already paid for. He took the chair, file cabinet and small bookshelf as the load. Mind you, this was a full size commercial dumpster! Disappointment #3 was when they ASKED for positive feedback and acted like they were doing us a favor taking the few items. The icing on the cake was when thy did the yard job pulling out of our driveway.

Description of Work: Very professional and quick. Had a basement full of junk to remove prior to short notice rental of property. A few problems with coordinating the pick-up date with the office, but once scheduled, all went smoothly. The deal wasn't great price-wise due to a misunderstanding regarding the volume of the trash, or the size of the truck they had available at the time. I would double check this in the future.
