I never heard from them. They never called or emailed.

They came out and advised that the deal was for 50 cubic feet and stated that it would cost more to haul away what I had away. I had just recently had a death in the family and had no idea what 50 cubic feet looked like, but went ahead and agreed to the extra costs. They told me that if I did it on my own, it would cost me approximately $300 for a dumpster and extra costs for someone to haul it away... They then advised it would cost around $700.00 with them, and that it when I declined their offer. They then came back and said they would give me a senior citizen discount and lowered the price by only charging $549.00 over and above the $89.00 that I had already paid through Angie's List. I still feel this is incredibly expensive and just wanted to warn others of their practice. They were not rude, they were gentlemen, clean and treated me with respect, however; if I had not been in a bind, I would have never accepted their quote/service.

This was a big deal purchase. They were okay, I would not call them again. They did an okay job. We spent an additional amount over the big deal purchase for the cost of the service. They charged more because they said they were going to clean the floor. It really didn't come out looking any better than when they put it in. They charged me for travel time too which they hadn't mentioned to start with. They said they had to come a little further than they had planned. I told them they could have told me that before they started. They could have told me that when they called. I was not happy about that. I don't like charges being added after the fact. It's like when they've done stuff and it's like oh by the way...we are charging you extra. I said you should have told me that before you got started. My interaction with them was okay. The work they did was adequate. In the future, better job with the cleaning. I had stains on the floor, it's a garage...they said they can get it looking better and they didn't. I had to end up paying for something that doesn't look any better. They said they got a lot of dirt off the areas...I told them that's not what you said; you said you were going to get this off, and you didn't. So, I wasn't happy about that. They came when they said they were going to. They were punctual. I would not use them again in the future.

Had everything inside the garage in a pile, The added fee for being outside their regular zone was a lot, and like another reviewer, I felt as though the cost was inflated being a woman. This was not that much stuff that it should have been $600. Wish that I had read other reviews before I called.

You can't beat same-day service! I was dreading trying to carry all of that stuff away and in a matter of a few hours, it was gone. They left a few screws and stuff, but I didn't expect them to sweep up or anything - I expected the big and heavy stuff to disappear and that's what happened. Very pleased and will use them again!

Just fine they were very good. We had stuff in the basement and they carried it up and took it away.

I have never experienced poor customer service before. He was rude, arrogant and I will not do business with them again. He claimed I bought a coupon on Angie's List that expired but he never contacted me. I had to contact him and he treated me like crap and he refused to honor the deal.

They didn't believe I had paid, so I had to log into my account from my computer while they were there to prove it. They charged me extra for the T.V. and said it was in the information that T.V.'s were extra. I looked all over to find where it said T.V.'s were extra and I couldn't find where it was printed.

They were professional and wonderful! Our garage is now clutter-free!

Came the day I called. Brought several men and were gone in under an hour and so was my junk!

They showed up within the window we arranged, and did the work promptly. The job cost a little bit more than the value of my coupon, which was to be expected based on the website the owner directed me to.

Owners we're super friendly and showed up on time for the quote. Upon acceptance of the quote, their crew showed up less than 10 minutes later to start the work. Before they finished they asked me to inspect their work to see if they met my requirements. Overall I am very pleased with the job and a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

They did what I asked them to do, but they weren't as professional as I would like them to be. I thought the price was a little high. They had advertized another one for $99 a month prior and I didn't grab that one. They were a little rough.

They showed up on time and I've never seen three guys work so fast. Hauled trash up out of my basement and garage, loaded and gone in about 20 minutes. Won't hesitate to use in the future or refer any of my friends.

I purchased the Angie's List deal to have them pick up some odds and ends that I haven't had time to get together and take to a dump. I scheduled time for them to come and assess the items and I unfortunately had to leave before they arrived to pick up my car that had been towed. They were very understanding and, under my direction, went into the garage to look at the items while I was on the phone. I left the items in the driveway when I went to work and came home and everything was gone. Very nice, professional and thorough.

The owner was really polite and nice on the phone. He sent out two guys to give me a no-obligation quote. Once we settled on the price, they went right to work! The guys were well mannered, friendly and careful not to do any damage hauling items up the stairs. I'd use them again.

The service provider arrived within the time frame we agreed upon and completed the task quickly. The owner was very friendly and took an extra broken TV for the original price. Before purchasing this deal, I had called several other companies and based on the quotes I received for taking away just one TV, this was a very good deal.

Both times it was very easy to schedule. The workers showed up on time and were very courteous and professional. The material was loaded quickly and hauled away. Quick and easy.

Good guys but the price was outrageous even including the AL coupon. Almost cost as much as the house move itself.
