I have a large garage that was enlarged years back and was completly sided with T-11 that had started to rot. The building is also very close to the lot line making the job even tougher. Also, an awning over an attached car port needed to be dealt with. Brad came in and knocked it out like I could only have hoped, he also installed some custom shake siding on the peak finishing the job up nice. Talk about value, I would recommend to any and all!

I was very impressed with the quality of work that I received from Brad. He was quick and johnny on the spot when I called him to remove the snow. He did a great job...not looking forward no anymore snow, but am looking forward to doing business with him. ���

Make sure to pack your patience with this contractor, but that is what everyone should know, who has never hired a contractor before. Their team works great together, and Bradley is very patient, and will listen to your concerns. This also was the only contractor in my area that would remove the old asbestos ceramic tile siding! He also had to re-build wood under a huge window that needed replaced, and was excellent at his skill! On the downside, his team does not completely pick up and still found a few screws, nails, pieces of wood on lawn and back porch. But highly quality work!

Appearance, service and price all good. Minor grumbles: They took down 2 bad weatherstrips, I planned on replacing the w'strips, but they threw out the pieces that hold the strips in place. The block for the porch light was nowhere near centered over the box, making it hard to install the porch light. They asked for water, lost one of the glasses. They broke the address label while peeling it off the old siding - why peel? Just cut the aluminum siding around the nameplate! They smudged the white siding with dirty hands, and when they cleaned the siding, they used abrasive cleanser which makes the surface prone to staining.

Brad and his nephew completed Siding work on our house in Aug 2012. We are very pleased with the quality of workmanship. We chose Brad after talking to his previous client and after driving by that house. The whole process was trouble-free with minimal input from us. They would clean up everyday, which usually took about an hour. Brad has gained out trust and we will hire him again for future projects.
