Robert was really quick to follow up and get out to fix the problem. Only issue was that cleaning and re-lighting the pilot on a 13 year old water heater was probably not the best route. I spent $155 on his services and 3 days later had the same issue and ended up having to replace the unit.

I received a call from Robert barely a minute after submitting my request and he arrived within 20 minutes of speaking with him. He repaired my furnace in less than an hour a charged a reasonable rate. An overall great experience.

Arrived at 1pm, despite a 2-4pm appointment time, but I was home and happy to have my AC fixed earlier than scheduled. Robert did a thorough inspection and fixed the issue of my unit not working.

Prompt arrival. Explain to me what he thought was wrong. And with my approval proceeded to repair those items. My AC unit is working as expected. Repaired in very little time. Very professional but friendly. No attempt to try to sell me services or parts not necessary. Will recommend him highly.

They were helpful, very knowledgeable about my repair and was very informative about the repair. Fairly priced and went out of their way to take extra precautions for our repair. Will gladly hire them again for repairs or eventual replacement.

No-Nonsense should be renamed all nonsense......they put the incorrect freon in my AC system after the technician was instructed to not use a freon mixture. The technician also swapped out my filter with an inferior filter.....without permission and the system was destroyed as a result, since then Ive had 3 different companies look at the work all nonsense did. Funny how all of them instantly points out the inappropriate filter claiming the particular filter brand is known in the business to be junk. thanks for f!@#ing me over.
