Robert was the first one who called and maybe the only person who was immediately ready to help us out on a Sunday when we had no heat. Would highly recommend him and his company.

Very impressed with our No-Nonsence hot water heater replacement experience. My emergency phone call, water all over my basement floor, was answered immediately and a quick estimate of the repair cost was given. Technician arrived on time and even had a new unit on his truck. Replacement was completed in a timely manner and final bill came in under first over the phone estimated quote. Highly recommend them.

Contractor did not identify the correct source of the problem which I found myself afterwards and was a simple burnt fuse that cost me less than 10 dollars. Instead, the contractor said it could have been burnt wires within the electrical box and gave an estimate of somewhere close to $1,850. I gave 3 stars because of that. I would have given 5 stars had the contractor taken the extra step to look at the electrical box in the basement, which he didn't even bother to look at.

Exceptional, Robert arrived ahead of schedule explained service and prices. It was touch and go for a couple of minutes but he knew what to do to get my air conditioner working. I will be hiring him again and recommend him. His honesty very appreciated.

Technician came out the day after calling. Needed boiler cleaned, and he did so in a timely manner. Very upfront with pricing and options.

This is the review for No Nonsense heating and cooling. I am very disappointed with this company and technician. They are very expensive and I don't think they know how to fix anything. He can out to fix my A/C. Nothing was wrong with my heater because it was just working a day prior. The tech said my control board was bad and he jumpered from the board to get the a/c working. Great but it was going to cost $$$$ me for him to do that and he would turn off my heat until he could come back out to fix it. It's a simple re-wiring, he said, he would come back out to before it got cold. Well, now the miscommunication comes in. He wanted to come out to make a list for everything wrong with my furnace. Not fix it. Then he said we can talk about what needs to be fixed. There was nothing wrong with it before he touched it. He wouldn't come back out to undo what he did to get the A/C to work. I had to call another company and they were upset because of how No Nonsense left the wires. The new tech was so angry he called his manager to tell him what he saw. Because it was a mess No nonsense ended up costing me a brand-new furnace. Please don't use them. They are very expensive and you will pay more for little work.
