I was very impressed with Robert who responded within minutes of me reaching out even though it was in the evening. He took the time to discuss the problem (furnace not turning on and frozen pipes) and explained what needed to be done. The next day Robert showed up..fixed the furnace..inspected the pipes and billed at what I found to be very reasonable. I will surely use this company in the future and will recommend to my friends and associates.

This was our first time contacting No-Nonsense Heating & Cooling. We are grateful to Home Advisor for their very spot-on recommendation. We were very pleased with his knowledge of his trade. He was kind and friendly. He clearly explained what was wrong with our furnace. We were happy with his quote and gave him the green light to fix our furnace, which he did at a fair price. The name of his company, "No-Nonsense," is accurate. Definitely feel very comfortable recommending this company.

Robert with No Nonsense Heating and Cooling really went the extra mile to make sure my boiler heating system was working properly. He came out on a Saturday night, worked until 10:30pm, and then came back the next night in a snowstorm to fix something that we missed, without hesitating. He treats you like family. I will use him in the future for any work I need to get done.

service. I was told that the initial charge is $85 for diagnosis for finding the problem. The technician (Robert) found the problem as Bad Dual Capacitor and it needs to be replaced and it cost $165. I was asking don't you think that is too much for a capacitor. He said no. And since I was naïve and trusted him and told him go ahead and replace it. Then I came home and check it in internet and price for that type of capacitor is ranging between $6 to $12 in amzon.com. I called him and talk to him and told him what a dishonest businessman you are with no heart. he charged me $250 for a 5 minutes job. The think is bothering me is his dishonesty and his professional way cheating. I understand he should run his business but not ripping off the customer. He could've increase his part by 3 time or up to 5 times but not 16 time. I have a feeling that this company and its technician (Robert) is so greedy and have no heart or sympathy toward any customer and It is a shame. I never recommend this company to any one.

I tried searching for a company that was fast and reputable through the BBB. The company that came out gave me a quote of $1,500 - $2,200 and basically added a lot of things I didn't want. A friend told me to try HomeAdvisor. I signed in at 9 PM, and asked for a quote, and received a call within 5 minutes of pressing send. Brian came to my house the next day and gave a quote of $600 - $800. I said yes, and he asked if he could start immediately. He was finished in a little over an hour, and he came in significantly under the original quote! He was fast, courteous, and very responsive to questions. He has earned a repeat customer!

Robert was very professional & did a good job. I am happy with the service. I will definitely recommend him & I will call for future services.
