Nevets Glass & Screen and mirrors

I cannot say enough good things about Sam from Nevets Glass. He replaced the screens in my screened-in porch and did an outstanding job. When he came out for the estimate, he gave me several options for how to go about rescreening the porch and helped me choose the best option. He was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. And also HALF the price of the other company I got an estimate from. Sam was also able to work around my schedule to get my project done really quickly. When it came to doing the work, he and his teammate were fast and efficient. The screens look wonderful. I couldn't be happier with Sam's work and the whole experience from start to finish. I can't recommend this company strongly enough. Thanks for everything, Sam!

Sam did an excellent job. I had all the screens in my screened in porch replaced and I am super happy with the results. He was very nice, easy to work with and totally cleaned up after. I highly recommend Nevets.

Extremely well. My requests were not standard and there was no problem. The frame of my screen door was bent and that was replaced with a sturdier one. The screens were upgraded to take into account my cat. The pet door is of high quality and the design for the screening around the railing was well done. Also, there was pick-up, delivery, and installation.

It was the first time I've used Nevet's but I would not hesitate to hire them again. Sam, the owner of this independent family-run company came to our house to give us an estimate. The following week, after he ordered the needed parts, he came over and personally did all the work quickly and competently. He encountered a couple of windows that were designed to be difficult to replace the glass (so the owner would be forced to order a complete new frame) but Sam took the windows to his shop and replaced the glass anyway, going above and beyond the call of duty, without asking more money to do so. Sam was consistently polite, professional and honest. It's good to know that companies like this still exist!

He came out the same day I called and replaced my screen door in less then 30 minutes! It was wonderful service!

Since I only had 2 small screens, I took them in myself. The gentleman was friendly and courteous and the screens were repaired within 5 minutes. I did receive a 10% walk-in discount and suggest if you go in person, go to Nevets.com and print out the home page. Present this for your discount. I need 4 large porch screens replaced and will definitely have Nevets do the job in the spring.

We met with Sam several times and he worked out a screen solution that met our needs. Here is what Sam Nevets did for us to make a failed project a super success. We had a screened in porch project that Nevets Glass saved and now we have a fantastic outdoor room that is bug free. We had been working with a contractor, Glass Tek, for over a year to build a screened in porch and they never could get the screens or screen doors installed. After a year of failed promises we fired Glass Tek and found Nevets Glass and Screens in Dearborn. We met with the Nevets owner Sam and discussed options of how the screens could be made to fit the commercial framing that was installed by Glass Tek. The problem was Glass Tek was not familiar with installing screens and they incorrectly used a framing that was designed for Glass, but was not well suited for screen installations. Sam came to our home and worked out a solution that would allow the screens to be installed in a way that would hold up over time and fit the look of our extruded aluminum framing. Sam also found a nearby company who made us two custom sliding glass and screen door systems that matched our extruded aluminum framing perfectly. Within a few weeks our screens and glass/screen doors were installed and our screen in porch was finally usable. Sam also introduced us to Bill from Williams Glass who completed the metal work on our framing and the deck railing system that Glass Tek left unfinished. We are very happy with the final product and the reasonable pricing that Nevets charged for his work. In addition, his recommendation of Williams Glass was the final step we needed to wrap up a project that took over 14 months to complete, but should have only taken two. I am sure had we worked with Nevets and Williams Glass from the start we would have had been done on time and it would have been a lot less expensive and much less frustrating. I highly recommend Nevets as a screen and glass contractor.

Sam came out and measured the missing screens (3) as well as took a screen back to be fixed. in 1 weeks time he brought everything back. The new screens are even better then the pella screens he replaced! Love them!!!

Called to set-up an appointment and the person was very friendly and told me that someone would have to get back with me to provide an estimate. Received a return phone call later that day and set-up a time for them to come out and look at the job. After getting the quote and being happy with the cost and timing, I decided to have them complete the work. All work was done as expected and even less than the quoted price. Some new parts were not needed and the old parts could be used effectively. I would definitely use them again for any job large or small.

Very polite and knowledgable. We have an older door, but he knew how to repair existing sliders if needed and replace parts as well. Very pleased with this work.
