Al was able to accommodate my schedule, he arrived on time. He was able to complete the maintenance in a timely manner. Very professional, skilled, and affordable!! He was able to clean out my secondary line for a minimal price.

Was scheduled for a sewer cleanout. One hour after agreed to time I called and he claimed that he was there but nobody opened the door for him. I was there waiting for just him to show up. He lied and became abusive. Refused to come out. Dont waste your tie with this primadona

Called Alan and it was less than an hour from the time I called and left a message until he had come out and completed the job. It could not have been pleasant for him as it was raining, but he didn't even seem to notice. Great guy and great service!

Punctual, personable and efficient.

I woke up in the morning to sewer water and waste backing up into my laundry room. It was black and nasty. I immediately called a plumber listed on Angies List. I was convinced that I had some sort of plumbing problem. He recommended that I call Muskett that I needed a sewer cleaner. Muskett was out to the house in less than two hours. He helped us locate the cleanout drain for our house and he proceeded to clean it out and showed us the small root systems that had clogged our sewer line. He explained what had happened and why. He would not do the job until we found the main cleanout. He said that anything less than the main clean out would only temporary fix our problem. He was very interested in making sure that we were taken care of on the first call and not just a temporary fix. He took good care to make sure that his machinery did not damage the walls in the house and that the floors stayed clean. He was quick, efficient and reasonably priced. I would only use him in the future but he did such a good job, i think that it would be a while before we will need him again. .

He comes out every year and does the maintenance. He does a good job and doesn't miss things. He snakes it way out. The other company that we use didn't do it way out. He takes pride in his work. He is very quick. You can call him and he will be right there.
