Description of Work: Called for a written estimate. When I got a call back from Paul, he stated "we do NOT give out written estimates...".buyer beware...if its NOT in writing, it didn't happen. I know it is winter months and concrete can not be poured and he refused to even come look at job. Boo Hiss. Would NEVER recommend anyone who will NOT give a written estimate. There is something "fishy" in the business office going on if nothing can be in writing.

Description of Work: Dan Cooper from Italy America gave me an estimate on replacing our deck. He was very competent and thorough. We decided to hire his company to do the work, mainly because I liked and trusted him. Other reps from other companies were no where near Dans level of knowlege.

Description of Work: Company did some masonry repair work and tuck pointing. All appointments were exactly on time and work was done in a timely manner and to a very good quality. They seem to take take great pride in their company and want to deliver a great experience. Very impressed during whole process. Will be using them again for other projects.
