Everything turned out really well I am satisfied. They did everything they said they were going to do, and I was happy with them.

Italy American Construction has done a lot of work for us. They will be coming to repair our roof as it was damaged during the winter. They are friendly, fair and nice. I have been very happy with them. If we call them they would return our calls right away. They would even give us their cell phone numbers to help. The quality of their work is very satisfactory.

The job was done in February, in bitter cold, but the crew (senior carpenter and two helpers) showed up every day and finished within a few days, and project manager Michael kept in touch with us throughout. Tony had given us different cost and material options when quoting prices, but we don't have time or desire to maintain a wood deck as necessary, and his advice to go with the Trex was perfect for us. Now (a year later) our deck still looks new and gorgeous in the tough Michigan weather. Italy American was very customer oriented. I was unhappy with the finished color in one section of the deck, and they changed it to match my wishes. Also, we all thought the job was finished, but it turned out that the vinyl lattice hiding the posts, installed in the dead of winter, warped somewhat in the heat of summer. Tony checked it out, and the carpenter returned and fixed it. I was impressed that they had no trouble reopening a "closed" job to make sure it was completely correct.

The job was done well but I was told it would be 6-8 weeks but it really took 12-14 weeks.

They did an okay job. They didn t take care of business though and it took them a long time to finish the work because of this. There was no communication between the staff and that delayed them as well. I would not use them again because I expected a better organized operation.

This was a big job and I was pleased with the work they did. They worked very well with the insurance company and did a perfect job on the restoration of putting everything back the way it used to be. I was very impressed with the clean-up and overall work ethic of the company.

It started slow taking two weeks to get started. A week after that with people coming and looking for a plan of how this would go. The carpenter started and got a good start boxing in the room. Several days later the plumber did all the water lines and the sewage system in one day and finished the concrete the next morning. About a week later the electrician came and did the lighting and electrical. Several days later the carpenter came and finished the paneling flooring and ceiling in two days. A week later the plumber installed the fixtures. It took over two and a half weeks for a final visit from the electrician then the people to install the vent. Don't get me wrong all workmen did a very good job. The problem getting them there. The foreman was responsible for this and I saw him twice during the two months it took to finish a job should have taken at most 3 weeks. The salesman Don was very helpful during the whole process thank you.

I was referred to this company by a friend of mine. They did work for her and she was 150% satisfied. However, when Frank Jr, (the owner's son)from this company came to my house, another rep was just finishing up with his measuring. Frank was very rude to me and a friend of mine that was here. He would not give me a written estimate and told me that if I didn't hire him then, he wasn't going to be back in this area for another 2 weeks, and he was VERY PUSHY about trying to get me to use his credit. I guess if he wanted the job he would have been back. I would never call this company again and would NEVER NEVER reccomend this company to anyone, especially a single woman. My jeweler hired this company and was very dissatisfied with their work also.

THE WORK THIS COMPANY DID WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ALWAYS EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THEY WERE GOING TO DO AND WHAT IT WAS GOING TO COST. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

THIS COMPANY REALLY MEAN WHAT THEY SAY WHEN IT COMES TO PROVIDING GREAT SERVICES. THEY ARE FAST AND FRIENDLY, AND VERY HARD WORKERS. THE PRICE WAS INCREDIBLE CONSIDERING THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY HAVE VERY AFFORDABLE PRICES. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME EVERYDAY. THEY DID VERY GOOD WORK. THEY FINISHED THE JOB AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH HOW THE ROOM TURNED OUT.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON BUILDING MY HOME. THEY WORKED QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH THOUGH. IN THE END I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE RESULTS.

THEY HAVE VERY GOOD QUALITY WORK. THEY GOT DONE IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEIR PRICE WAS A BIT TOO EXPENSIVE.

FOR BUILDERS, I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND PUNCTUAL. THEY WERE VERY ORGANIZED AND GAVE GREAT SUGGESTIONS. THERE WAS NEVER A FEELING OF DOUBT WHEN WORKING WITH THEM.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY DIDN'T LEAVE ANY MESS. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND EXPLAINED THINGS TO ME. THEY EVEN HELPED ME PICK OUT THE RIGHT KIND OF SIDING FOR MY HOME. THE PRICE WAS FAIR.

I TELL PEOPLE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY. THEY TRIED TO HIDE MISTAKES THAT THEY DID INSTEAD OF JUST FIXING THEM. THEY INCREASED THE CHARGES WHEN I WANTED SOMETHING DIFFERENT DONE. I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH WHAT THEY DID.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB, BUT THEY INSTALLED THE WRONG INSULATION. ALL I HAD TO DO IS CALL. THEY CAME RIGHT BACK AND FIXED IT FOR ME. I THINK THAT THEIR RESPONSIVENESS IS PRETTY GOOD.

I WENT WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN AROUND FOR FIFTY YEARS. IF THEY WERE NOT ANY GOOD THEY WOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS FOR SO LONG. HOWEVER, I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS HIGH AND THEY WERE NOT ON TIME.

WHEN THEY BUILT THE NEW ROOM IT DIDN'T TAKE THEM TOO LONG TO DO IT. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WORK THEY DID ON MY HOME. THE NEW ROOM IS SO WONDERFUL.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB AND I LOVE SITTING OUT ON MY NEW PORCH. THEY COULDN'T HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB IF I ASKED THEM TO.
