BENNETT PLUMBING & HEATING

I thought I only need one of my toilets repaired. They ended up fixing both for a great price. I am actually calling them again to come fix another bathroom in my home.

They came over the same day I called and promptly got the sink unclogged. They would have replaced the garbage disposal but advised we would save money by getting a specific model currently on sale at Lowes for a great price and they would be glad to install for us. We didn't need them to install as all we had to do was screw the new unit into the exiting hardware. Bennet Plumbing have done other projects for us in the past and have always been very professional and reasonably priced.

It went fine. The job was done the same day I called. The heater has been working well although I had to readjust the temperature, but that was expected.

I needed to have my bathtub faucet handles and stems replaced and I needed to have my bathroom sink snaked because it was draining slowly. I called and spoke to a man and the next day Mary called me to take my information and said that someone would probably be out the next day. Weeks went by and I sent a message to the company using Angie's List but never received a response. I contacted a different plumbing company and had all my repairs done this past week.

They went out of their way to find out what the problem was and fix it

He did a great job installing the hot water heater and unplugging the sink.

We have our new bathroom installed and they did plumbing for our bathroom. They are very good, it went well and I give them an A. Their price is very reasonable.

It was great! No problems since they snaked the sink out.

I called and contact made with voicemail. Did not leave message, as soon as I hung up they returned my call. The person was rushing the conversation to the point I could not ask the proper questions. We made an appointment and after thinking about the cost before repairs, I decided to go elsewhere. Did not feel confident with that type of business.

Bob Bennett from company showed up when he said he would gave me a verbal estimate and said they would send me a written estimate in mail .I received written estimate 2 days later ,I had other companies out to give estimates,Bennett gave best prices.I contacted them to see when they could do job,was told as soon as they finished job they were doing they would be available approximately 2 to 3 days ,they called told me they would be available in 3 days and we scheduled time.They showed up at time agreed on,work was started immediately,and they accomplished job in less time than we thought it would take.They were professional courteous and cleaned up after themselves.Would definitely recommend again.

We had new countertops installed and needed new faucet instaled, and the existing water and drain lines reconnected. Bob was prompt, professional and courteous in delivery an excellent experience.

They do a really good job. They were on time, reliable and competent. I would recommend them.

Everything was great . The advice was appropriate -they didn't try to sell me on more expensive material.

Water was leaking underneath both kitchen and bathroom sinks. Jim and his partner stopped the leaks but indicated both faucets would most likely need to be replaced in the very near future. As soon as the faucets arrived Jim came out and replaced both faucets in no time at all. He did good work in timely manner and the price was right. I would not hesitate to use their services again. I highly recommend this company.

Great! So good (and efficient) that I'm having them back to do a more major repiping on my 92-year old house.

Said they would call back to set up walk through but never did. Need to be able to say can't handle any more business....

I needed both plumbing and HVAC work. I have a 1951 1,100 sq ft rental that is a block built Redford bungalow on a crawl space. It needs ducts cleaned (evidently Bennett doesn't do that - which is fine), furnace CO inspected, AC evaporator (the outside unit) is inoperative and needs diagnosis, move the water meter (water is already off), and change the routing of other plumbing for a kitchen rebuild. I explained all that I needed and that I am an investor. They were fine with it. They would have their guy call me the next day to establish a meeting time. He did but I was temporarily unavailable at that immediate time. I called back later that day before close of business. I offered to call him (or the office) the next morning. He flatly stated that HE would call me and that I should not call. OK. If he ever did, my phone never logged in his number (or the office), he left no message, he made no further contact. That was Wed. This is Fri. I have another contractor wanting to finish the kitchen. He is on hold awaiting plumbing completion. It's a shame. I enjoyed talking with them. It could have been a good working relationship. I may have future work on other rentals too. I am looking to build a team of professionals so that I can know who to call when something unexpected comes up. I am now looking elsewhere.

Called Bennett late Friday and they were out on Monday. They were very professional and polite. Valve was replaced quickly and area cleaned up. We are very pleased with Bennett Plumbing !

It went very well. Tim had a problem getting old cartridge out, had to go get a part from local store. But, was very quick about it. After all work was complete he showed and told me what he did.

Their prices were extremely reasonable. They were there when they said they would be there. Their work was excellent. There were number of things that they did as I was getting a house ready to sell and they did some plumbing for me, replaced all the galvanized piping with copper, replaced some heat pumps and also they made a drain from the basement to the sewer. I was very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anybody.

It was a bit too pricey, I should have gone to Home Depot or Lowe's and got me a speakit and put it on myself. that's all they did.

called and I thought my radiator was leaking, they found several possibilities and took their time to make sure that they were repairing what was really leaking. They prepared me for what was going to happen. They gave me a ball park estimate which was almost right on. They tried very hard to not destroy walls or ceiling and put some panels in for the future in case more work is needed to be done because the house is aging. They came and asked me to not use one bathroom so they could confirm what was actually leaking, from that experiment they knew what to fix and what wall to go through so they didn't have to damage more than they needed.

Get everything you want done in writing. I had 3 specific things that I wanted done with the repiping of my house. I didn't find out until the end of the day that they couldn't put in the trap on my bathtub because theydidn't have the right parts. My house is small so I was able to hear the guy in charge that he was going tocut of early and he was the one who was suppose to put in the trap.When I called to see when he was coming back. he tried to get out of putting it in. I had to point outthat I told him I wanted the trap when he came for the estimate, I told the other plumbers whenthey came to do the work and I had written it on the contract and did he want to see a copy of it.He sent his brother to finish the job.

Bennett refilled the coolant in the central A/C unit at a very reasonable cost. In the past Bennett has performed various plumbing services that were professionally executed and reasonably priced.

The toilet that I had them install last summer, would clog now and then. This last time we couldn't get it to unclog. I called Jim Bennett of Bennett Plumbing. It was on a Saturday. I explained that since I had another bathroom to use, he did not have to come out that day. He came out early on Monday morning, and decided to just put in a whole new toilet. He thought it was defective. He and Joe Bennett came out the next day, and put the new toilet in, in about a half hour. No Charge!!!!!!! He also fixed a part on my sink faucet at no charge. They are truly one of a kind!!!
